Friendly staff .. funny at times think one that check in was new but for 50£ I wilo stay again

Very cold room dity old premier decor. Hole place needs a good re ferb.

Basic but clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

Have to pay for parking.

Easy parking, within walking distance of food outlets clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was hit and miss, hot food not always available and cereals not always out. No evening food at the moment.

Friendly staff

No shower curtain. Loose grout / gaps around the bath.Mould in the bathroom.Fingernails and hair clips (not ours!) on the floor.No remote control for TV.Lampshade missing from bedside lamp.

Yous put me in it as an alternative to your first choice that did not exist

The WiFi password wasn't available so went to reception no one there no batteries in tv remote so couldn't put tv on black mould around bath children running up and down very noisy adult using the most foul language as a lone traveller I felt very vulnerable girl st the desk was polite and helpful but I wouldn't go back

Room dated bathroom smelt .no hand wash no spoon for drinks no TV remote and curtains didn't shut properly

The staff

* They could not find our book, as trip advisor had sent them the wrong dates, which the staff said was always happening!* We did not get a room key of our own!* Mattress was very poor* The breakfast offering was a joke

Close vicinity to the stadium of light. Cheap & cheerful.

Breakfast - offered sausage bacon and omelette on barmcake. All cold and really cheap sauces.Continental breakfast was not great either. Also you have to sit in the foyer to eat.

We stayed there twice.1st time one night, the lady at the reception told us the door key reader doesn't work and she has to let us in each time. Didn't think much about it.2nd time we booked 3 nights, the same lady told me the key reader isn't working she had to let me in.When I went out, later I saw a customer use their card, next morning I enquired about a card, different lady was working, she gave me a card straight away.Me and my colleague picked up something wasn't right with this receptionist on our 1st stay, but 2nd stay confirmed she racially profiled us or is miss using her powers, We are a business customer, spend a lot of money on hotel stays, This was a horrible experience, there is something weird about this lady and we will be taking matters further.

Ex premier inn so you know what your going to get great staff

Incredibly loud domestic at half 3 in the morning with crachheads screaming at eachother And doing drugs

Lovely comfortable bed, controlled heating, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries supplied.

Not enough milk in room but was given more at reception. Must pay for parking.

- Great room, nice big bed, comfortable all-round.- Good heating.- Very friendly and helpful staff, Lisa gave me a warm greeting and a good chat before I went to my room.- Breakfast was great for the price, the bap alone would cost that price in London! Incredibly tasty bap.- Pressure in the shower was great.

- The hand soap was empty or simply wouldn't dispense, couldn't tell, but couldn't get any soap out of it.- There was something sticky spilled on the desk from a previous guest.- One of the guests in another room was either smoking something or had something in their room, as the smell entered my room and woke me up a few times. Not the hotel's fault, some inconsiderate guest.

Parking is good and the staff were very friendly

My room was freezing and basic. I wanted to have a bath but there was mould around the bath plug.

Room was nice and big along with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice and had a bath shower combo. Very good price and very friendly staff.

Interior a little dated and location isn't the best, but only a 15 minute walk to the metro to get back to the centre and car facilities are provided if needed

Lovely hotel and friendly staff rooms are ideal

The stairs as no lifts upto the 2st and 2nd floors but rooms downstairs for wheelchair access
