Cons -

- There is nothing not to like about Milford Hall.
- The mattress was very lumpy and needed replaced. The property was advertised as air conditioned but the air conditioning did not work. The room smelled very damp and musty.

Great location. Staff were very helpful.
No a/c in first room. The staff was amazing and got us relocated into a room that met our needs.
Good location, friendly staff, very well maintained.
No concerns or issues
Accommodation was very good, breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The location at the back end of town wasn't so good. There were only 7 fire doors between our room and reception. I would have liked more.....
Great location to Stonehenge and Bath. The staff were very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. One example was upon arrival our room was one floor up stairs (no lift) and the maintenance worker stopped what he was doing and gladly took my 51 lb (22kg) suitcase up without asking or waiting for my husband to do so. Comfortable bed, convenient restaurant and beautiful bar and patio.
While it did have a fan and something to slightly cool the room, a more proper air conditioning would have been preferred since the area was having a bit of a heat wave in mid-June and we had come from cooler weather. Lots of fire doors to go through, but certain it is a safety factor for a refurbished older building.
Excellent staff , great location and breakfast was first class
Bedroom was a bit stuffy, but weather was exceptionally hot for time of year , no air conditioning ?
great hotel, convenient to Salisbury town centre. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff.
that we couldn't stay longer!
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great!
The staff were excellent as was the service . The food in the restaurant was also very good.
Given the mobility issues , the room could have been closer to reception . In the event the room was right at the end of the corridor after negotiating three doors .
Very comfortable with polite and helpful staff, tasty dinner and good facilities.
I liked it all, I have a great stay when I am here.I cannot that Eddie and Victoria enough. and Also Angie at breakfast, she always makes sure I have everything I need and am enjoying my stay
nothing, it was all good
Very clean, comfortable, modern, well appointed and tastefully furnished. Great location - a short walk into the town centre. Parking on site. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make it a memorable stay.
The hospitality tray was a little lacking - would have appreciated a bottle of mineral water. If you’re a light sleeper, take ear plugs - the soundproofing wasn’t the best (didn’t get much sleep due to guest next door unfortunately snoring) :( There was no heating per se, just a plug in radiator, which we had to use in the evening as it was quite nippy! However, it was effective and heated the room quickly. Breakfast was very good but please note the 8am start which is a tad later than we are normally used to.
Great location, room spacious and beautifully appointed and nice bar / restaurant area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good value too
Beautiful clean property, large spacious rooms with everything you need. Lovely staff
Our toilet seat was loose unfortunately but a small issue that can be easily fixed.
Our room was spacious, the ensuite was lovely and everywhere was sparkling clean. The breakfasts were very good indeed - fresh chopped up fruit, a fruit bowl, choice of cereal etc., very good range of hot food and when required a specific choice of egg, Angie fetched it immediately. All the staff from the receptionist to the girls who cleaned our room were very pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with every aspect of the hotel.
Great hotel, spotlessly clean lovely decor and comfortable bed
I needed an ev charger - limited availability in town so would have been great to be able to charge at the hotel
Lovely friendly staff. Position ok for us
Breakfast a bit disappointing hot breakfast ok but hash browns not in the warming trays and orange juice had little to do with an orange. First night had an event on so place was very busy so while we had thought about eating in that did not appear to be an option. Next day lots of tradesmen on site taking up the floor during breakfast time plus skip being dropped bff etc,
The food, room and service are all amazing. Viktoria and Eddie always look after me and make sure everything is right for my stay. I stay nearly every week and the reception just get is always top notch and professional
There is nothing I dont like
