Welcoming staff and good quality rooms

The bar prices seemed a little steep

Hotel upgraded us to an executive room since we were traveling with a small child that required a crib. It was a pleasant surprise at check-in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Stonehenge.

great location near stonehenge, beautiful executive room, restaurants and stores on site.

the drain in our bath tub was very dirty and there are no plugs by the bed in the executive room. good thing i brought an extension cord.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good in the restaurant.

The rooms are extremely small. With our luggage we could barely move around. We were there 3 nights so it was very claustrophobic.

Our Booking contract indicated that our three night stay was cancellable as long as we stayed one night. Upon arrival we decided to change our travel plans and told hotel we would stay only one night. The single night was the most costly and to which the hotel added a 50 pound penalty. Upon returning home I queried IHG but the hotel would not refund the penalty and stated I need recourse thru Booking.com. This was not valid as we fulfilled the Billing.com contract. Disappointed in this hotel and IHG.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, location was great, clean. Coffee from starbucks in the dinning area.

Tea/coffee not available in room, aircon made a very high pitched sound, shower pressure was very low.In my case, I was offered to pay a little extra for breakfast, however, Breakfast starts at 0730, and I needed to leave at that time.

Location very convenient for Stonehenge and surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were delightful and the room was large, clean and comfortable. My evening meal was delicious and a good choice at breakfast. Check out was a sensible time too. Many places to eat on Solstice Park (but not known about beforehand)

Other guests evening meals were a bit bland. The area around the hotel is much more built up than my last stay.

A little bit far from Salisbury (20 min by car), but very close to Stonehenge.

Great location for a variety of venues I wanted to visit with easy access from the A303 main road. The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast plentiful and being a Sunday I could eat at my leisure in peace and quiet. Despite being off a main road the room was comfortable and a good night’s sleep was easily had.

No bottled water available in the room is a big let down. I can go to the service station and buy my own bottle but for the pennies it cost I think IHG miss a customer comfort trick here. Apparently a bottle of water is only available in the family rooms ?
