The hotel is ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads, the coastline, and Great Yarmouth. Norwich Railway Station is also just 3 and a half miles away. - Nice renovated rooms
- The staff were great. They tried very hard to do the best with what they had. Hotel was clean and even when we didn't require room service they left new towels and toilet paper outside the door for us to use. Altered our reservation with no problem
- Food OK, v clean
Cons -
- No drawers or fridge in room; not recommended for a long stay. Staff were friendly but seemed inexperienced.
- No air conditioner, but lent us a fan. No pool/fitness area even though the advertisement lead us to believe there was. Wifi was sketchy at best
- Absolutely freezing in bedroom and bathroom even with heating on. Horrible night's sleep as far too cold. Not what I expected from.holiday inn
