The Angel Hotel

Location

Breakfast was a little chaotic, a number of people sat down and were asked to move to a different table. This seemed to be when a couple sat at a table for four. This could have been avoided if someone was there to greet customers before they sat down. Cooked breakfast didn’t taste as if it had been cooked fresh.

A friendlier host at breakfast. (The older lady with the black ponytail was very abrupt when I asked where the pasties were)!

very clean great location

Room was near to the road and there was a lot of traffic noise in the morning.

Lovely room, very spacious & great big bed!

It was not very clean, lots of hairs in the bathroom especially in the bath.

Clean, tidy and spacious room

Lovely spacious room. Clean and Bright Dining Room

Nothing of note

A fantastic location to reach everything in the town. walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and event halls. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. shower in the room was amazing. staff were pleasant and welcoming.

free car park would make it a winner

Excellent friendly and helpful staff.

Could have done with additional 'task' lighting in the room.

Great location, fab breakfast, friendly staff and EV charging

All good

Location and value for money. Clean and with variety of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Large bath towels and room serviced each day.

Bedroom very small but the bathroom with an excellent shower made up for it.

Good location, good price, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Pictures didn’t represent reality. The hotel was totally adequate and clean so no real complaints, we enjoyed our stay, but the room was far more basic and tired than the pictures online give the impression. Looks almost boutique online but our twin room was not at all like that. Bathroom old, overall the room quite tired. Having said that it was all we needed and very well located. On site Parking £12 for day which seemed a bit high for hotel residents.

Friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with choice of fruit, cereal, and cooked breakfast.

paying £12.50 to park the car overnight.

Best breakfast ever. Food all cooked to order with wide variety of options. The fruit salad is superb, try it. You won’t be disappointed. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.

Absolutely nothing, don’t change a thing.

Right in the centre of town but not noisy, the Angel was a great base for our short trip to Leamington to see family. The staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable, the hotel was warm and very clean and our room (no 10) was lovely; comfy beds, a huge bathroom with a bath, yummy breakfast.

All good, nothing we didn't like!

Room was comfortable and clean. Our room was a good size, with decent walk in shower and plenty of space. Room had all facilities needed, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very well situated, and just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Leamington. Parking is available, but chargeable, which is explained up front. Great place, at a reasonable price.

Nothing - all good.

Location on the edge of town, restaurants pubs etc

Not a great fan of being charged for parking at the property

Comfortable, clean, friendly.

The window wouldn't open but there was a fan!

I stay at the Angel whenever I'm working in Leamington. On this occasion, I was there for 5-6 weeks in all. I stay there because of its location close to the shops and restaurants and because without exception the staff are helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. Since my last visit they now have a bar where the drinks are reasonably priced.
