After booking room eventually informed the restaurant was closed, a main reason for choosing hotel, because of covid from 2 years ago

Well located sea front, parking, elevator, continental breakfast, and on a personnal note, the kindness of the night receptionist, who provided all the necessary information and assisted in checking-in. Also to note, the follow up message from the hotel thanking us for our stay. Very nice, I find.

A relatively small room, although the same still had a desk and chair, and a very basic wc, where the mirror is one of these small round mirrors with double face.

Bed was comfy and breakfast staff were very friendly.

Light in bathroom didn't work. Flickered on and off. Staff said they would sort it and they didn't.Damp marks on the wall, carpet and chairs not clean.Quite dated and not worth the money.

Clean and warm, dog friendly with continental breakfast included.Lovely building with sweeping staircase.Friendly welcoming staff.

Our room was at the back with a view of a back alley and waste land.The towel rail was broken

The location was good, near the water.It was good there were twin beds.Nice that breakfast was included.Nice with parking lot for free parking.Nice with check out first at 11 am

We were asked when we would be down for breakfast. Hard to say because of sleep problems.We were told that the heat was turned off from 23-4, but the small heater covered it. It was just a bit strange.

Very beautiful views across Morecambe bay.Close to the venue we had tickets for (Alhambra Theatre)Lovely staff, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Even gave our little dog sausages for breakfast.Free car park.Reasonable priced rooms

The only thing was the £10 per night charge for the dog.Which meant £40 for a 4 night stay, which I thought was rather steep.

Comfortable clean room with good facilities, the reception and breakfast staff were very professional and courteous. Great stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They put us in a large room that faced the sea. It was so beautiful. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The property is mostly clean. The carpet in our room had stains and bathroom had some dust and dirt. It just seems like they clean the necessary things but miss some of the details. That said, I would still return. We had a good stay.

I have reviewed this hotel before as excellent value for the money. It’s been renovated to a good standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a single room and it was a good size room and bed. This has been my third time of staying here. The breakfast was good for me. The dining area lovely and clean. As is all the hotel areas. The bar area is clean and comfortable. It has a lift to all floors and parking to the side of the hotel. The staff are helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. As I have stated I believe good value for the money

I couldn’t find fault with my hotel stay.

Although this is an older hotel it has been refurbed and the rooms were nicely presented and the hotel was lovely and clean. I had the continental breakfast and enough there for a good breakfast The staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Ample parking. A lift to all floors.

Friendly staff. On the seaside, nice view from breakfast area. My room was at the back, no views. Free parking. Breakfast was OK. Full English at oncost.

Only shower in bath with very low shower head. Also the mirror in the bathroom was designed for small people.

The room was lovely, but it was warm and there was no air conditioning or fan. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. Breakfast was better than expected.

The room was quite warm, and there was no way to cool it down. And while not the responsibility of the hotel, the surrounding neighborhood was disappointing.

After having got to the hotel the back way, we wondered what on earth we were going to encounter. It was very dismal.However, we entered the hotel and it was so different to what we had expected. The staff were very friendly, our room was facing the sea and was beautiful. The continental breakfast was so good and the view from the dining room superb ,looked out to sea. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

The back way into the hotel was abysmal, the car park not very inviting.The young man who served breakfast needed a little more training on clearing tables quicker and replacing crockery and food before having to be asked. It is obvious that there are places in the hotel that still needs attention but the rooms that have been completed have been done to a very high standard and the hotel in the future will be one of the best in Morecambe.

Large room size to accommodate my family of 2 adults & 1 child (5 years old). Beds were comfortable with excellent mattress & clean sheets. Good size bathroom with plenty of clean towels with no marks on them. Room had kettle & plenty of coffee, tea sachets & sugar/milk. Good breakfast.

Bathroom had no inside door handle (mentioned this to the receptionist.) creaking floorboards.

Comfortable, quiet room, comfy bed. The staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

The building is tired and outdated and needs a renovation.

There were a few flies in the bathroom where the light fittings were.
