Location easy to access

The kids loved the pool very much.The staff was very friendly

The food menu didnt have much options and the breakfast was until 9.30 but it wasnt that bad at all it was okay.One light in the room wasnt working.

Only the location i liked

Service was very bad, staff wasn't help full, I was very disappointed, rooms were dirty wasn't hoovered was very dusty i booked two rooms both rooms were very dusty and one of the bathroom door lock wasn't working properly. My kids got ill and kept coughing because of dust I will never book again

I still don't have my refund from my my other stay at the manor in the lake District from yourselves

Lancaster was convenient for everything.city, a swim and the lakes.

Convenient location just off the M6.Great spa facilities.Fantastic breakfast.

All staff we interacted with were excellent, very well trained and genuinely wanted to help you.

I booked a twin room but ended up in a room with a sofa bed and a double. The sofa bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Location, facilities, staff, food and atmosphere.

The bed was tiny and the mattress was a little uncomfortable! Room was quite hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly!

Location, pool and friendly staff. Stayed four nights over New Year perfect for short stay.

Pet friendly and helpful staff when hairdryer in the room blew up

We did a late check-in as arrived on the boat from Isle Of Man. Receptionist rushed our check-in. She was helpful, but rushed us. Felt like we were an inconvenience

The staff were so friendly and maje us feel at home. The room was comfy and our little dog enjoyed her stay too. The breakfast was lovely

The staff were excellent, and the room was good apart from the bathroom

The bathroom needed a clean and the sink drained very slowly.

Standard, comfortable holiday inn room! Nice big bed, squeaky clean bathroom, fluffy towels, free parking, easy to get to.

Heating was a bit ropey, didn't seem to work too well!

Comfortable beds, clean room.

Only bad point was the mould around the bath tub and shower screen

The room felt cold and I wasn’t sure how to turn the temperature up. There was no instructions for the room about how to warm the room up

Excellent hotel. Amazing staff, very pro active. Great leisure centre with pool and gym. Room service was quick. We loved the breakfast, very tasty, great quality.
