Thurnham Hall Resort is a 12th-century country estate, set in nearly 30 acres of grounds in scenic Lancashire. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort. - Room was spacious and price was competitive.
- We are members of Diamond Resorts. We were unable to obtain a one night stay using our points so opted to pay. The price was extremely good. The unit was somewhat run down and the carpets were in need of cleaning. A unit kept for chance customers perhaps.
- Old converted castle with 10 foot walls and pastoral setting. The rooms were beautiful. Would definitely return for a longer vacation.

- Poor noise insulation from above suite and side suites. Sports center sauna and hot tub were out of action when we stayed. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there (poor pay and conditions?) No in room movie channel. Use of poor DVD only.!!
- We love the place but were surprised at the standard in this particular unit. It does not give a good impression of Diamond Resorts to people who are chance customers. We are used to a higher standard, but very good value for money

The location, the staff,the entire experience was wonderful. The food was excellent! A gorgeous location. It was exactly what we were looking for.
