- It’s lovely, clean and comfortable. With private gate I felt secure leaving some items in my care know they would be there in the morning too. Delicious breakfast. Staff all pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of places in our room to plug in electronics and medical items.
- Nothing terrible room the toilet didn't been working for start and when said that to manager he said he will sorted out unfortunately when we come back in toilet been a lot of feces and smell been terrible we call for help but unfortunately man on phone said he didn't have another room at the moment. We need to disaid to book another hotel that night
- The bed was extremely comfortable..easy check in and out. Good central location
Cons -
- I would prefer they have a real laundry facility with a couple washers and dryers for guest to self serve. We went into town to find and it was easy enough but ate into our vacation time.
- Don't recommend at all terrible experience don't wish for any one
- A little noisy from traffic mainly because it was so hot we needed window open . But would definitely stay again

Great location. Right next to the train station and near the Town Centre. No elevator. No air-conditioning.Room can get very hot in the Summer.Ferrying luggage to and from the rooms can be a nightmare.
A tiny fan was provided to beat the heat. It made more noise than air.The hotel should consider installing ceiling fans or wall mounted fans.
Room size. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits provided. Cleanliness. Room amenities such as plenty of hangers and iron etcc
Room - 3 floors up. A little too hot/humid - not enough ventilation. Checking in - lockbox is not protected from rain overhead - got soaked getting the room key.
Location is perfect! Close to train station and city center. Easy access to food and convenient stores.Customer service is great! They kindly helped me with early checked in and late check out. Really appreciate it!
No windows to look outside. The windows available are the one at the ceiling and at the door (but we had to close it with blind because of the afternoon sun).
The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and a very short walk from the high street. It was the perfect base for a weekend away in Lancaster exploring the fantastic independent shops and the historic Castle quarter.
My one problem with the property was the fact that, on account of its very central location, there was noise disturbance from passersby in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Very central, clean and comfortable.Cleaning staff very helpful when I returned after leaving something behind .
Window round door let in light early on the morning.
Good location
Slatted vertical blinds on the windows- no curtains- so room did not stay dark. A lot of traffic noise as right in main street.
Location was great for central Lancaster
Rooms and amenities were a little basic and odd that there was no reception
perfect location, room had all your basic essentials and not many places can give you 3 single beds in a roomstaff where friendly and helpful i had no complaints if i knew anyone needing to stay in Lancaster i would recommend Crows Hotel
i found my bed too soft but that is down to each individual
The room was lovely, I appreciated the comfy sofa! The location is perfect, right in the centre of town. Only a short walk from the station and to buses to the university. Detailed instructions in the email made check-in and -out easy.
Bathroom had a funny smell but was very clean. Struggled with weak Wifi until I realised there was a different one for each floor, then it was fine.
A very convenient place to stay for an overnight visit to Lancaster, handy for the train station, plus accessible at the end of an evening out. For the price I was paying the room was excellent and very comfortable.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but pefectly reasonable - part of being on the top floor, I imagine.
Just a few criticisms.. the TV ariel in the room was glitchy on every channel. The finish on the room in some areas were a bit poor ie skirting boards in corner were off the wall. Rooms were a bit hot could open windows but was very noisy as being on a main road.location was fantastic self check in was great bed was comfy..would stay again but I don't think would pay what we payed unless room was up to standard.
Good location,clean
Light bulb needed in ironing/cupboard area
Location is very central and easy to get to and from on foot if arriving by rail. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The showers are also a good size, not the usual curtain in a bath tub I usually find.
This hotel is unstaffed and therefore maybe not the place for you if looking for a breakfast. A little difficult getting up the stairs if you have a large case as there is no lift but otherwise a comfortable stay.
Location very central, near to Castle, shops, market. No fuss booking in and out. Everything you need for a city break.
Floor in ensuite needs replacing as gets sticky when wet. Tiles better. However this a minor fault.
Location was brilliant. Everything you need on your doorstep eg shopping, restaurants and entertainment
It's not really a hotel. It was a room that was accessed via metal outdoor stairs.
I didn't feel particularly safe there. It felt a bit dodgy not going through a hotel reception.
The room was stylish and very clean. Good central location. Great tv and good tea tray supplies. It was warm and cosy.
The road noise was loud and almost constant all night, so I slept badly…The window blinds were a bit ‘tired’ and a bit worn.
