Pros +

We have stayed here before because the location is great for shopping. The kitchen staff work very hard making the breakfast. The young man never stopped working and he was pleasant. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

Love clean welcome as we went in lady on desk very polite and very helpful

Cons -

The bathroom floor was filthy. We had to buy a bath mat because it was so slippery standing in the bath/shower. Our plug was broken, a member of staff tried to mend it but couldn't so they lent my husband pliers and he mended it for them.
No free WiFi. No shower curtain Lift out of order Old tired tv
