Comfort Hotel Jazz, Borås

Good location near to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Room was clean and breakfast was good with enough choices.

Bedsheet was clean but got some hairs so housekeeping and laundry need to improve .

It is a cozy and nice hotel for overnight stay with great location in the center of the city

I think that for single small room should cost around 500 sek

Check-in was a breeze. They had a place to fill water bottles, which I find so rare in Sweden. Staff was excellent, super friendly. Beds were very comfortable, fell right asleep. They offered complimentary ear plugs but I did not need them. The breakfast was normal and appreciated. Did not get a chance to use the gym or the sauna or the game tables downstairs. Cool they had recycling.

Not really a problem but some of the facilities ( hallways, rooms, bathrooms ) are dated. Will gladly take that for the price. The elevator appeared to have buttons for music but they either did not work or we could not figure out how to work them.

Hotel is located in the centre of the Borås. It’s quite close to the main attractions and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and staff really friendly.

Rooms are quite small. Street parking is limited.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for your welcome! The bar restaurant was also very nice and staff there amazing. We stayed in Borås only one night but loved our short stay.

This hotel is older but the location and amenities are perfectly fine. I enjoyed my spacious room, the bathtub for relaxing, and the sauna and gym facilities. The breakfast was amazing and it got me off to a great start on both of my days. I appreciated the decor in the hotel and would definitely stay again.

I would have liked help with the bike rentals but each time that I came down to the lobby it was quite busy. The city is quite walkable though and I made do just fine without a bicycle.

Location was great The staff most welcoming and helpful Dinner was excellent

The lift was too noisy. Breakfast could be improved With more fruits pancakes

I was particularly impressed by the customer service. I checked in with Caroline who was welcoming, helpful with all of my questions and was smiling.I have to also mention Jonas who was on duty at the reception at night. He was providing great customer service and ensured I had a very pleasant stay as a result.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it was more that I hoped there was a bigger variety in the takeaway breakfast. I know it’s not easy to do but I wished the sandwiches were much better.

The breakfast is varied and tasty. The hotel is located close to the center and the university

I would have preferred a fridge in the hotel room

only I was like the view that’s all.

the property was cold and heater was not work at night. I booked online late and I paid full amount but when I came to hotel late night the stuff charge me agin same night with £10 extra and also my passport has been scan for 2 minutes which I had account already and I been charge two times same night.

Not enjoyable!

All the noice which made it impossible to sleep. The fact that there were earplugs in the room and that the receptionist told us there would be good use for them should have been a warning sign but at that stage we had already paid. And to have breakfast in the bar where the drinking went on until the early hours was not pleasant.

Great location and good value for money

The room was super hot, even with the fan. Didn’t sleep well because of the heat.

Location was excellent, breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. lovely bar to have a quiet drink or meet friends for a chat.

Room, especially the bathroom were small in size for 2 people staying for 4 nights.

The fact that there is no coffee after 10 in the morning was kinda sad.Although i know it's not on the hotel, but it was quite noisy at night with all the bars exactly under the window

It was really loud during the night , felt like sleeping in a disco .There is one nightclub in the same building and one across the street . We were staying at the fourth floor and some noise would be ok but it was really loud .
