    Pros +

    • Very nice place in the city and good breakfast
    • Nice hotel in the city centre. Great Staff and great breakfast. Also Excellent option for finner in lobby bar
    • Clean rooms and spaces, great breakfast buffet and amazing services

    Cons -

    • The room was very basic not even shampoo or cream and definitely not 4 stars hotel furniture.
    • It was a breakfast buffet and were travelling with boxers for tournament. It would have been helpful if we could have taken a few buffet pieces since they were paid for but the girls were delayed by the weigh in.
    • Expensive, poor room facilities and size of room. Wasn't aware of deluxe room, but I paid more for my room than others in the party who had deluxe room. I was room 809, like a prison cell, when I mentioned this to the receptionist, (she is the young lady with darker skin) sorry I don't remember her name, she basically told me it was tough, I got what I paid for. Not once dis you clean the room in 4 days or put clean towels in, by far, and I mean by far, the worst experience I have had and I paid £730 for the privilege. On top of this the breakfast wasn't great, often cold and the bar closes early and not open on a Sunday eve when you knew there was a large number of uk boxers in for a show where we were out all day til late.....very very poor overall and I would not recommend you or chose to stay with you again, certainly not quality in my eyesNot even a coffee machine in the room, not that you could fit one in mind you ad the room was so poxy small

Staff were beyond helpful, happy and funny.

    Location good.

I payed £800 for 4 night to be put in a room with just a double bed and a metal bunk beds that was very very uncomfortable for the kids they only had a 2half inch thick mattress. I will never use this hotel gain

    4BrittanyPosted on: 10-27-2024

The lobby was modern and breakfast was good.

The rooms are VERY outdated and not at all like the pictures on the website. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable and the pillows were half sized and lumpy.

The beds were nice and the Staff was accommodating. The services provided such as the breakfast were amazing. Location of the hotel was near to the places we needed to visit which helped a lot.

The showers had a sauna and that was great, however having a possibility of a jaccuzi there would elevate the experience greatly. I wouldn't mind paying just a bit more for that.

Hotel is in a good location, very near to restaurants and shops

It could be better if the room had tea/coffee making arrangements. Breakfast- expected a like more items being an Asian traveler

Well located within the centre of the town. Breakfast was very good.

Parking, because it was in the centre of the town parking on street was limited and we were told the hotel car park was full although there was space to put in 2 motorcycles but the receptionist was totally unhelpful on this matter. Luckily there was a secure parking building across the road, but we did encounter some problems with the machine not working. We used another machine and after an hour finally managed to get a ticket, thanks to a kind lady who was also experiencing the same problem. Parking in the hotel parking was very expensive, the secure parking across the road was cheaper.

Good central location, though Boras is really not a town worth visiting for holidays.

The hotel was quite dirty: the hallways were full of stains, in the room there were large stains on the curtains and on the headboard of the bed, and the little couch in the room was quite disgusting as well. This made it really quite uncomfortable to stay in, and is not what you'd expect from a four star hotel.

    The staff. The breakfast.

The room had bad lights and so much dust

    10FarshidPosted on: 6-23-2024

The space was really big and clean with modern furniture.

Location in the city centre by the river. Short distance to shopping and restaurants. Parking house just across from reception.

Felt like there was an card checkpoint wherever they could fit one.

Great location - very convininent location - close to everywhere (bus station, restaurants, grocery stores...)Nice breakfast - so many options (also a lot of lactose-free products - perfect for me!)Friendly staff - I could drop by my luggage earlier than the allowed check-in time. Super convenient!

I felt it was a bit cold sometimes because the heater is next to the window. After you close the curtains, it feels that the heat is blocked too. The window cannot be closed very well.

Lovely breakfast and free shuffleboard !

The bedrooms were a little too hot even with heating off and some of the staff were a little grumpy

    The breakfast

Bed and pillows. Doublebed tends to separate.Pillows to small.

Central location with parking close by.

    No kettle in room.

The personal working at the hotel were amazing, they were very kind and helpful! We were so thankful for having our dogs accepted at the hotel too.

The art in Room 810 was questionable, as it transmitted an uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps that was the intended effect, but it is challenging to sleep well after seeing it. It would be better to display the art in the hallway.

The room was so cold, and we told it to the man at the reception, but nothing happend
