Pros +

the location was best, safe place to walk and close to restaurants and other places
1) Friendly staff. They have two workers that spoke English. 2) Location is next to a Chinese restaurant and a 10 min walk to other shops including a bank to exchange currency. Size of Apartment was a good space. Wifi is great when you connect to 5g.
A lot of room for the price. Close to the airport.

Cons -

1) The room had a strong old smell and everything old and outdated. 2) Leak in room under a Terrace above from the rain. 3) Ants everywhere including in my bed. I saw a big black bug that was in the bathroom. 5) Two dirty towels in the bathroom.
Uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. Towels were horrible quality. Appliances and furniture old and low quality.
