Great views and nice little cozy place.
The staff were so friendly, genuine, helpful, and kind. I was looking for a particular poster and hotel employee was able to tell me exactly where to find it, something I am very grateful for.

Cons -

There was minor cleaning that could be missed as the hair blended in with the tiles. In room sandals could be desired if they were clean.
The room was big, beautiful, clean and had a stunning view from the balcony. WiFi was adequate throughout the hotel which was a big plus. It is quite close to the reserves we visited as well as downtown Santa Elena. The breakfast was very good as was dinn
