Pros +

Large property, visually appealing and well maintained.
There was a massive rush and push for meals and you couldn't get into the individual restaurants. We had issues with the app as well.
Room with swimup pool loved it, alcohol in room, fully stocked with cold drinks

Cons -

Very bad experience. We got food poisoning, the staff was really unfriendly, there was no heated pool, the jacuzzi was broken, and they did not seem interested in fixing it.
No stairs to the bedrooms or lifts. The quality of the free drinks was terrible including wine and cocktails. Sunbeds were too cramped around the pool.
I like all my meals to be brought to me so I don't have to get up and go for it there should be more provision for staff serving guests.
