    Cons -

    • A bit outdated, no elevator
    • We had an evening meal and breakfast. Evening meal was good but the chicken breast was dry and green beans may have been the frozen variety. Breakfast was good, the only surprise is that the sausages were in fact hot dogs. Other than that everything was good.
    • The staff were very rude at the end of the stay asking my friend to "leave now" less than 10 minutes after our checkout time. They needed the carparking space to park a mini bus, they could have just asked my friend nicely to move the car to the rear carpark. They were rude to another couple who were there as well about the same thing. Massive shame else I would have given a 10/10 on this property otherwise. The mattress in room 12 was uncomfortable - time for an upgrade. The handle to one of the doors to the pool was broke and i had to go through the women's changing room to get out.

Hotel was beautiful, nicely decorated with good paintings, pool was great, location very central. We enjoyed the views and the games room.

    The location.

Being give a room with no view and following complaint we moved to a room with a good view .The hotel was nearly empty so why didn't they give us a room with a view straightaway.

Swimming pool and sauna are fantastic. Very stylish, clean rooms with spectacular views. Paired with great restaurant. Highly recommend!

It is an old building so no elevator...

    1. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the Old town.2. The interior of the hotel and the room.3. Quietness of the hotel area - the neighborhood and hotel itself is very quiet so it is a perfect place if you want to escape from crowded places and relax.

Breakfast option is less. It is between 8-10:00.I went to breakfast at 8:45 and already most of the things were over and not refilled.

Breakfast ok, even if not rich, top location , view on castle ruins

Some spa services were not available, photos are unrealistic, interiors are more modest in truth

    8PavelPosted on: 11-9-2023

The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the historical centre of the town. The location is quiet, the window view is nice. Very clean. Rooms are not too spacious, but fairly enough for an overnight stay. The breakfast is good.

Haven't visited the SPA, but you can feel the smell of detergents for the pool in the lobby and it's a strong smell. The sound isolation of the rooms is very poor. You can hear everything that happens outside your room and in the rooms behind the walls. The road to the parking place behind the villa might be tough for inexperienced drivers or if you're on a long car.

Friendly staff, great location , wonderful food and excellent breakfast

Parking was tricky in a big car but not a major problem....we will go back to Villa Bohema

Location is superb, with a nice view from the window on the city center. Room was cozy altough the furniture would need some fixes and refreshment. Breakfast great and delicious.

Cabinet door hinges broken, a/c leaking, bathroom small and with poor ventilation. The carpet smell like 90s ;)

The place, the interior, free parking

There was no hot water, the staff offered to warm up in the sauna and take a shower, the sauna needs renovation, the jacuzzi did not work, the staff is not really helpful and the price is too high

    8MonikaPosted on: 8-6-2023

I liked the old style look of the rooms, cute furniture, all needed equipment, clean everywhere. 5 minutes walk from the town square. The atmosphere and menu of restaurant is great.

I like everything. However next time I wouldnt use booking com to book a room as genius discount was like no doscount. It was just removal of breakfast from the standard room price. I highly recommend the place to stay in Kazimierz.

The hotel interior design is really cute, with calm surroundings and beautiful city and wheels view. What we've liked the most is the hotel's restaurant - we were searching for some nice food around the city and then realised that the best food we've got in our hotel! And hotel personel is really charming and helpful. Great place to spend a long weekend

Location of the hotel is absolutely terrific. Within less than a minute walk you can be at the smaller square or another 1minute in the center of the bigger Market Square. Once on your way back a bit of exercise when climbing a steep hill on which the hotel is located, but once you get there you will know it was worth it - simply the hotel overlooks the whole city and vie is spectacular. Once you get a room from the city side you can enjoy the view that is the main reason for thousands to come to Kazimierz. Interior of the hotel is like time travel to XIX century - very well arranged and kept in good condition.

Difficult to navigate in the car lot - you just have to use your imagination to figure out how to get behind the building. Also mind that there are ABSOLUTELTY NO road signs on the premises so you can easily drive into a coffee spot by the main entrance (sort of balcony terrace) or into hotel guests exiting the building because the main entrance is not market in any way. Foyer is dark and upon entering you think that this is some kind of back door access. The reception area and check-in counter are simply hidden in darkness and even when you approach they do not put lights on. Breakfast is more like petit dejeuner - not too many options and the service does not even know whether the omelette is or is not gluten free. Mind that breakfast is only served 8 till 10 so for early birds this is not an option. Also there is a very nice area around the hotel (their premises) but the experience is totally spoiled when you park you car in the yard next to a pile of dirt, trash and sand in the vicinity of some garden furniture that looks like torn in different directions because of hurricane wind - simply a mess in the back.On the webiste they inform that in the room you get flip flops for the swimming pool - there were none when we arrived and the cleaning lady had also none on her trolley.

Breakfast was a "wow". Very nice hotel nearby the old town.

Nothing major beside sauna outage and some construction works in the hotel next to the Windows of our Room at 6AM. 10 workers have been juicely swearing until i have called front desk and kindly asked to quiet those workers. I am bit surprised that hotel have been risking with negative Impact on their reputation for not Waiting until 8AM to perform works as its normally done in civilized places.... But ok. Their choice.

A very clean comfortable place to stay. The reception was very helpful and very understanding of my weak Polish.
