Beautiful hotel 15 minute walk to town. Good facilities and supportive staff. Luxury by polish standards.

The hotel is great even though the rooms are dated. The kids loved the playroom on the lower level. We all loved the pool and spa.

I was expecting more from this hotel and for that value

Swimming pool area - paint is falling of the walls, breakfast was disappointing and general impression of the hotel - not that clean (e.g. carpets) in the roomThere were few essentials missing such as coffee cups, plate, spoon or bathroom kit.

From the first moment , the hotel charmed us. It has a friendly stuff, romantic atmosphere, deilicious food, live music, clean SPA zone. By walk to center city is 10 minutes and walking by Wisla. Both the city, hotel impressed us a lot. We will definitely go there again.

The facility was very modern but in the historical building. Well designed and interested inside. Breakfast was superb with a good selection of everything.

Parking lot next to the hotel didn’t have enough spaces for all the guests.

SPA - too small

The location as well as hotel itself is beautiful. It's a 10-15 min walk to the town but the scenery around is really beautiful and I highly recommend this for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly. The pool is quite small and because it was around the summer holidays it was very crowded with children and it was very noisy. If you don't mind that, then you will definitely enjoy it or go at times when there are no holidays or pick time slots that are less crowded.The spa are is very well organized and clean. The food was tasty and lunch /dinner dishes were very flavourful. The design of the hotel is very interesting but like mentioned earlier due to the summer holidays and having our bedroom fave the hotel lunge area at times it was very loud with children but we did enjoy the live piano concerts.

Staff very helpful, a beautiful breakfast with lots of choice of food.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was mould, which could be easily cleaned.There was a bit of a problem with air conditioning.

Large space next to the restaurant. However, very badly used.

Horrible breakfast; badly managed restaurant with loud piano music. Poor rooms and facilities. The bar wasn’t even open (spider webs hanging around!). Poor choice in the restaurant. In the evening, no snacks or sandwiches available. Tiny pool and always occupied!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of continental and hot food.

The buffet dinner. I was looking forward to al carte but when we arrived it was a buffet.

Very relaxing 4 nite stay. Rooms very clean, comfortable. Large lobby longer and music Friday nite. Breakfast super selection.

cold, there were no toiletries in bathroom other than soap, just one pillow per person on the bed, the hotel looks dated and in need of a good clean and revamp.

3 cobwebs in the room. dirty curtains. Small uncomfortable pillows.

Nice location. Good food. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No problems at all. Large parking but a little distance to the town center. The restaurant has good food.

The restaurant staff was a little slow and hard to understand. Beside that the hotel is fine. No other things to complain. A little far from town center.
