- For some people the trip from the town square up the hill could be challenging. We (70+) loved it.
- Towels were very hard, need to be replaced
- the location on top of the quite steep Hill, I don't know how i missed this in the description but it was very hard to go to town and coming back was very difficult

The breakfast was great, as was dinner. Some of the most delicious meals we have had. Very peaceful atmosphere. Huge bonus was a playground for kids.
The bar could stay open an hour or two longer.
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with a walking distance to all galleries and restaurants. Beautiful spa with excellent jacuzzis ( one with a hydromassage). Friendly staff and customer service.
Na
Very good location, in a little distance from the center. Big and green territory.
It may provide difficulty for some people to make their way by feet back up to the hotel from the center.
Apartments are very nice, clean and well designed. Playgrounds for kids, good restaurant. If you can not walk up to the hill think twice :)
All is really nice!
the hotel lies on the hill; the site is fine especially in summer, but a car is required
The staff at the reception was helpful, we had a request about our dog and it was handled efficiently. The staff at the restaurant was also friendly and nice. The room was clean. The territory is well maintained.
The problems started at the spa area. When we first came, the saunas were turned off, so we had to wait for the staff to turn them on and wait for them to warm up (about 20-25 minutes). The dry sauna finally started working, the wet one - no. The second time we came, everything was turned off again and the lady told us that we should have warned the reception that we wanted to use the saunas. I have been to many hotels with spa areas and never have I had to warn someone that I need to use the spa facilities which are already included in the price. Unfortunately this time after turning on the saunas electricity went off and the staff at the spa just told us - awaria, the answer to my question if it was going to be fixed anytime soon was no, without any apologies. So in my opinion everything depends on your travel goals. If you want to have a nice walk around Kazimierz and a romantic dinner - it's probably a nice hotel for you, but if you are coming there with an idea to enjoy a day at the spa, you should definitely find another place.
Nice SPA area, simple but tasty breakfast menu, great location, well equiped and clean room.

I travelled alone with two kids and we got a room on the ground floor just near the back yard and the pool so convenient
We very much enjoyed our stay at Kazimierzówka. Staff and facilities were great. We were impressed with breakfast selection as well as items on menu. Spa area was a very nice addition.
Spa area was relatively small and it would benefit from indoor pool.
the breakfast was great, spa facilities were clean and not crowded at all, room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind
great hotel and location we ll be back
Family friendly hotel, great food, nice clean Spa! We are always visiting with pleasure when in this area.
Excellent stay, excellent amenities of the hotel for kids and adults. Restaurant food was very tasty. Playground for kids on the property is a big plus.
Great location, quiet place. Good breakast. Amazing food. Very helpful staff.?
Spacious quiet and clean rooms with air conditioning Great facilities for kidsVery good breakfastGreat spa facilities Nice calm garden with swimming pool
No bottled water in the roomIt could take long to replenish warm dishes at the breakfast
Prime location, located on the hill above the town so walking distance. Good size clean rooms & bathroom in general hotel well maintained and sizeable garden to relax, in addition to the Jacuzzi, sauna & massage which made the stay even more relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is a reasonable size so felt comfortable "Covid" safe. Ample parking for guests.
The breakfast was probably the worst ever experienced in a hotel. Single dish of cold food for a couple with possible supplement of cold scrambled egg or pancake reminded me of Oliver Twist in Charles Dickens novel. I would hope this is not representative of normal breakfast.
Amazing location at equally magical town. Exceeded all our expectations. Courteous, professional staff. Town offers savory dinner options, amazing views…and is full of history and the spirit of kings of old.
Great hotel with friendly staff and amazing food (we ate breakfast and lunch there, due to COVID). Located on the hill above the castle ruins, so be prepared for a climb :)
