Great location , close to everything

Room very small , parking long walk from the hotel

Very nice location and big comfortable apartment.

It was a little hard to communicate in English, and parking is few hundred meters away

The view! The cleaness of the apartments. Breakfast was wonderful!

I would advise to put additional garbage bin in a room. If you are family of 4 then a small garbage bin in the toilette is too small.Also hangers at the entrance needed- if it is rainy outside- there is no place to hang wet clothes.

Location next to lake

The rooms have poor sound insulation between them so we could hear the people next door. We managed to swap rooms which helped.

Sound from other rooms, outside in the yard and ships- there was a realy party. No sleep all the night

We liked the location as it was on the lake. The breakfast was also good. The room itself was very nice.

The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate. It was very hot and cold throughout our stay. We also didn't like the wifi as it barely gave us any signal the entire stay. It was frustrating.

Very nice calm place, super service, clean room and modern facility (fridge in the room, hairdryer). Very beautiful lake view from the room. The breakfast is great and the restaurant itself is super cozy!

Hotel is new and in a good location.

We stayed with kids, the room was big but you basically walk in from outside to the room. It was cold outside(minus 12), so if someone is opening doors all cold goes into the room. From late evening electricity disappeared, so basically all stay was without electricity( wc, shower in dark)and we were with kids. They could bring some lamps with batteries, but they didn’t.

Breakfast and restaurant was nice. Territory nice, because near the water.

Nobody clean the room during the stay, just one small rubbishbin in a bathroom for two days and 4 persons it incredible. Very cold in a room, have to use aircondition all the time. The design in a room STUDIO not nice, and the view from room very bad. (Picture below)

Why do you have towels with things attached to hang them if there is nowhere to hand them? ? sorry made my laugh.No bin in the roomNo hangers in the bathroom (this comment goes from 2020 is that so hard to attack 2 hangers for towels in the bathroom? Is so hard to buy ikea 2 euro bin for the room? ) will help your cleaners to to they job faster…

The room we received is exactly as in the picture. The staff is very professional. The staff helped us solve a problem very efficiently. Highly recommend

Location is right on the promenade.Nice view on the lake from the upper floor apartment.Spacious room.Nice breakfast.

Lack of warm water for shower after 8am and after 9pm (it brought some good memories from camping times several decades ago :) although at the same time this was hard to understand by my kids).Noise from neighboring rooms, especially in the bathroom: hairdrier, dogs, people.No heating available during the outdoor weather at 0-10 C.Hard to dry after-use-wet-towels due to lack of heating.Close proximity of neighbors from the opposite side of the street made opening the window blinds in the evening slightly uncomfortable.Lack of dedicated parking - there is one available nearby that the reception can book.

the windows are not sound proof and our room is just by the road. we can easily hear the car passing.
