Everything was well thought of, it was not crowded, there was a good selection at breakfast.

The room was too hot.

we came for the weekend to enjoy spa treatments. Unfortunately, most of the saunas, jacuzzi, pool waterfalls, etc. did not operate on Sunday.

Breakfast too badElectricity can not be used continually at daytime, even the charger is working, cleaning lady will take out the card.Unprofessional to issue an invoice, was promised to take the invoice by checkout, however still wait for 30min to get it.

Nice place for a getaway weekend, a lot of saunas and pools. A nice and clean room. Staff was friendly

The food could have been better

I recommend visiting this sanatorium, the service is amazing, and I recommend the Japanese face massage "Kobido" to every woman, I sincerely thank you Irma and Dovilė for this, I want to thank you the chefs separately, the food is balanced, there are a lot of vegetables, and the stewed beef just melted in the mouth

The room was much better than expected, very clean, functional, cozy and amazing views. The spa facilities are wonderful, large swimming pool with different water massages and different type of saunas, staff is friendly, breakfast is fresh and overall excellent rehabilitation experience

Super clean rooms. Nice food! Nice facilities! Very good pool (even though part of it was under construction during our visit). Would recommend !

Some of the stuff were a bit impatient with older people ( because they would not follow the instructions immediately), which was surprising. But the other stuff were really kind and nice!

Early checkin, easy parking

Procedures overbooked and unecesarily complicated. Poor AC smell and cleaness of the room, children room too small.

Set in beautiful natural surroundings. Extensive list of available (inclusive in my case) treatments. Professional and polite staff. Excellent facilities and rooms.

Not enough vegetarian food choice.

Swimming pool, saunas, surroundings, food was excellent- what a choice and all tasty!

I stayed 6 nights, 2 days in begining I did not need room to clean but then it was not cleaned at all till I left.

Amber SPA (inside Eglės sanatorija) was a very pleasant experience - friendly staff, cosy environment, professionalism. Also a separate thanks goes to Gydykla receptionist Kristina - for patience, creativeness and attention to client needs.

Main SPA procedures were cancelled on a day of arrival, with no equivalent alternatives offered. After complaining, main reception offered to cancel stay and just go home (without refund for the accomodation as it was prepaid already). Catering place inside the building wasn’t operating during the working hours with excuse of lacking staff. Bathroom had a very bad smell of urine from the toilet. Cleaning service in a room was limited to taking out garbage bins.

There were few people, so we could use all facilities. We especially likes the aromatherapy session in the sauna. Breakfast was good.

The beds kept separating as we slept, smoking areas were far away and it was very hard to reach them in bitter cold of -20.

Spa vas very nice also the staff in spa were very friendly.

The staff of Egles Sanatorija were super rude. A lot of misunderstandings. We got a room for only one person but they changed it later. The staff of restaurant also incredibly rude. We asked about desserts and the waitress made joke about how can we not know what kind of desserts these are. It was weird. Also we payed city tax through booking.com but in Egles Sanatorija they made us to pay twice and later when they noticed that it was their mistake they didn’t give us our city tax back.

The location, staff, room, all facilities. The breakfast was brilliant. They had mainly local dishes, which was refreshing and very interesting. Lithuania has delicious food!

Facilities are amazing, but you are only allowed to access the leisure facilities between you, check in, and check out times. I would normally aim to arrive early to make use of facilities etc but not here. I found it unusual. I felt the price was a little more than it should be, maybe not offering a total feeling of value for money.At check-in, I paid the hotel tax, and the reception didn't have enough change to give me the correct amount back??? It was €1 but really, a place of this size and stature could do better.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would like to come back next time for a longer stay. Relaxing atmosphere inside and outside the SPA, a lot of choice of food, friendly staff.

We paid extra for some treatments we wanted. Could be a little bit cheaper. Was nice to sit in the room balcony, but plastic small chairs could be replaced with more comfortable ones.

It is an excellent place for rehabilitation after trauma or illness. The sanatorium has very professional staff, there is a large selection of various procedures. The sanatorium is in a wonderful location.

If the purpose of the stay is simply only rest and relaxation, this place may seem too medical and way too expensive. Of course, this is not a cons for the sanatorium, it just focuses on other guests with other goals. It's great for rehabilitation, but for rest there are plenty of better choices.

The pool and SPA is amazing ? We loved the lobby area coffee shops, perfect to relax and have a cup of coffee with a yummy cake. The room was big and had a large balcony.

Restaurant. Breakfast had limiting choice and the food was low quality. More like a posh hospital food than a restaurant. The room price and restaurant food did not match. Dinner was expensive and poorly executed compared to other hotels in the area. They had a lot of potatoe and flour dishes to fill up the space. We also had to share the restaurant with sick people and those who were staying these for free which gave a hospital vibe rather than a romantic weekend away. We paid €240 for the night + for dinner so I was expecting a different food selection and the area to eat.
