Hotel Pałac Romantyczny

Rambling old style hotel in countryside looks like mostly used for weddings. Furniture could do with an upgrade but otherwise comfortable for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere. Breakfast and dinner good.

Gracious building, beautiful & extensive garden, attentive service. Clean room, pleasant bathroom, comfortable furnishings.Very good restaurant.

Simple in-room amenities. Beds are quite firm.

Beautiful setting and large green gardens, lots of different options for spending time actively (tennis, beach volleyball, warm swimming pool, billiard, badminton), with additional seasonal attraction (eg yoga). Elegant but relaxing ambiance, hence good even for family stays. The restaurant offers very good food that has enough choices (incl. vegetarian) not to be bored even during a longer stay.

Spichlerz rooms windows are very small (we were asking for rooms with nice views), but the rooms are very nice and large overall.

The property claims on booking.com that it has a fitness room. Reception say it doesn’t exist.

Absolutely amazing. Loved the English style of the hotel and the surroundings. Perfect place for weddings, parties and romantic escapes.

Nice palace. Good location close to Torun and half way between Gdansk and Warsaw

Very bad matras. Bed ending on a inclined wall and not possible to read or see tv.

Big park along with the tranquility and full of nature. Excellent breakfast, aesthetic interior & exterior design, good spa & wellness facilities with a nice swimming pool.

A bit isolated, far from everything... the restaurant was nice yet a bit overpriced.

Air in the area was so polluted that we cannot go outside.

Everything was great! Amazing breakfast, beutiful park around, nice spa. And really polite staff.

The outside pool and Jacuzzi were welcome and close to my room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was free. There was a small grocery store in walking distance.

Inside spa facilities were not maintained to the level I would like to see. Also, no labels on the changing rooms in any language other than Polish, so I didn't know which was the men's and which was the women's.

Green space around, nice spa area and shallow little pool for the smallest children, very good breakfast, well organised playroom for children

Service (or lack of) in the restaurant for lunch/dinner, some of the members of the stuff were impolite, never got to speak with the manager despite asking for it, outdoor playgrounds needs updating

The staff is the exceptional! The really made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The food was wonderful tasting with a beautiful presentation. I recommend the smoked goose salad. The breakfast has something for everyone. The walking grounds are charming.

The light switches above the bed are a little weird but not too much of a hindrance.

Furniture in the room needs to be refurbished, too thin pillows.

Amazing exterior of the building, and beautiful landscaping. A real nice ambiance. Easy parking, lots of nature. You get a great impression when you arrive.

Decore from the 80s, stains on the carpet, a little worn out. Cold. They have no espresso machine, just some weird nespresso plastic puck machine? embarrassing for a hotel of this caliber. For a large bed, I got two single covers? Breakfast was good for a 3star, nothing local, nothing interesting.

Location is really good – close to highway.Hotel’s area is awesome – old park is good place for relaxing after the trip.Staff is professional and hospitable.Breakfast is small but acceptable.

Spa zone is wonderful, super clean and spacious. Outdoor pool is also super sweet.

Beautiful place with a great park, very welcoming staff, very comfortable.

Soundproofing of the rooms isn't perfect. Jacuzzi's water seamed to have to much detergent when we've been there.
