ibis Hotel Frankfurt Airport

Location: very close to the airport. eaasy on-street parking. Lidl across the street. Dickworz family restaurant a few blocks away. the room was nice and clean, and the staff was excellent.

the air conditioner was a bit weak and it was during a heat wave.

There is a shuttle to the airport.

The photo of the hotel is misleading and is of Ibis downtown Frankfurt (or so i was told at the front desk). It has 4 floors and there is road construction around the hotel causing delays. And I found it odd that there were no wash clothes or hand towels.

The Staff was friendly and the room looked clean. The picture may be an Ibis Hotel but not this one.

My room was close to the road and had road noise. Apparently it was also above the trash containers and smelled accordingly. In the middle of the night people/staff started emptying trash into the containers and made a ton of noise.

food selection for meat eaters only . NO vegetarian or vegan anything and kitchen opened at 6 for breakfast so if you have to take 5 am shuttle you are screwed

The location is quite a long distance from the railway station. We walked it on a hot afternoon. It should be mentioned that it's more suitable for people traveling by car than by train......

It was affordable and offered an airport shuttle, which was why I booked it. I very much liked that it had a bar/restaurant inside for evening drinks and snacks, so that we didn't have to venture out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but it was excellent

I booked a room with two single beds for myself and my grown son. Turns out the two beds were pushed together with no room to move them apart. Maybe I misunderstood the description, or maybe it's just a European thing. And the room was TINY. Efficiency?

distance to the airport. The shuttle arrived after ca. 20-25 min waiting time, and the drive to the hotel is long, in part because the shuttle also stops at another hotel on the way.

Kind staff and relatively cheap price for a hotel close to the airport. Shuttle service was OK.

Shuttle service times were not clear on the website and were also not very convenient - we waited for an hour at the airport unsure of what time the shuttle would arrive. Shuttle driver wasn’t pleasant as well.

Comfortable, clean, conveniently located.

The front desk was reluctant to provide me with a wake-up call in the morning, which used to be a standard service provided by hotels. Additionally, during my entire stay in my room, there was a loud, constant knocking sound from an unknown source - possibly the air-vac system, the plumbing, or a loose panel on the roof - which made sleep essentially impossible.

Location and shuttle to airport as well as decent food and drink options available to guests.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I arrived later than expected, which was no problem and the kitchen staff served me, even though it was close to the time it would close. I rode on the shuttle from the airport and back to the airport and had no problems with it.

I don't have any recommendations for improvement.

Lovely staff, accommodating for a late arrival and ensured we could eat before kitchen closed. Great service. Room was perfect, nice and large.

It's handy for the airport. It has a small menu of bland food, ideal for people heading for a flight the next day.

It's in an industrial estate. The rooms are cramped and the overall impression is a bit shabby. As long as you're just catching an early flight, it's fine. If you want more than that, maybe not so much.

Front desk down an alley that courtesy van couldn’t access.

Flexibility to do a late check out. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room. There is a supermarket nearby. Hotel shuttle is available.
