Pros +

The hotel is new, rooms very clean
Near airport. Staff helpful with shuttle arrangements, helping us find the type of restaurant we wanted and making a reservation for us.
Good location, good airport shuttle. Very quiet.

Cons -

The checkin took for ever, they couldn¿t find my reservation. The shuttle service from/to the airport wasn¿t available and I thought it will be closer to the airport as it was.
Room a bit small.
No USB outlets.

Close to Airport with shuttle service. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Rooms were neat and clean. Price was more than reasonable.

Room was smaller than expected, but still adequate. Restaurant food selection was too limited.

Bed was ok

Hotel was not clean overall. Stains on carper in room. Plaster peeling off wall in room. Tub/shower was not clean. Booked for pool/sauna, pool was not clean and sauna was out of order. Shuttle driver appeared to have never driven the bus before, not safe.

Airport shuttle was easy & convenient. (just not sure where to find the shuttle bus) Wonderful breakfast--- many choices, well presented. The pool was an appreciated bonus! Very nice for a tired traveler-

Suggest more information about how to find the shuttle bus.

Large and clean room, especially for a European hotel in this price range.

Proximity to the airport

Parking fee is excessive (Euro 3.00 after the first free two hours). Price for the breakfast way off (Euro 19.00 for a paying hotel guest). That would be acceptable for an outsider, but not for a paying hotel guest.

Overall, it was a good hotel for the price. The staff at the hotel was very nice.

Starting at the airport, we were put on the wrong shuttle to the 'other' Mercure hotel, further away from the airport. There should be better signage telling which bus to take, since there are multiple hotels with same name close to the airport.

The restaurant was not fully staffed and had limited food options
