Pros +
- Close to airport
- We paid for the room online. Then on arrival we were told that we needed to pay in cash. We left to get cash and checked our card statement and the hotel charged us as well asking for cash. We didn¿t stay there and didn¿t get a refund. Shady place.
- Very conveniently located near FRA airport. Had availability when we need it last minute. Staff was friendly and spoke English.
Cons -
- Listing said airport van. There wasn¿t one. Had to Uber. Claimed every credit card I presented was declined, wanted me to walk to a non-bank ATM to withdraw cash. Another lodger experienced same thing while we were there. We left for another hotel.
- No AC, just fan in 80 degree summer heat. Staff difficult to find in the evening. No baby bed.
- Staff was rude and hit me for lots of extra charges.
