Pros +
- It is not an hotel.
- Like renting a whole house very clean nice space
- Loved the location and the staff.
Cons -
- The ¿garden and terrace¿ around the bungalow was not in good shape. Much greenery on the terrace and an umbrella which was far too small and most important it was broken.
- Parking was alittle far away and uphill. Staff wasn't very friendly. Advertises English, German and Dutch but the staff only spoke German. The restaurants showed open but were closed.
- Needed clothes drying racks but other that that it was perfect.

The location is awesome and all the details were provided about check-in and everything.
I wish they provided an ironing machine in the villa, but they asked us to go all the way to pick up from reception and do a deposit for it
very clean room. Friendly staff. Very pleasant and quiet location with majestic view on the lake
When booking I requested a late check-out. This could only be arranged at the reception. I missed a few opportunities and thus no chance for the late check-out.
The villa was incredible—spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, and even more spacious than advertised. The sauna was a wonderful bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great—very close to a fabulous mountain biking route and the lake. The amenities were excellent, especially for children. Bike rentals were affordable, and the bikes were in really great condition. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. While the bedrooms didn’t have the best view, the scenery from the balcony and living room was absolutely amazing.
I do have a couple of suggestions: it would be great if the doors and windows had screens to keep out flies, and it would be nice if the on-site shop offered some fresh fruit.
The location of the resort was great with facilities such as a supermarket, restaurants, electric car charging close by. The apartment was clean and self sufficient with all amenities such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The mattress was terrible, so soft that you could almost feel the springs inside as well as the frame of the bed. It kind of ruined my experience there and left me with severe back pain.
Location, view from room. Good food.
Some staff did not speak English and did not help out when needed.
The location is hugged by mountains, giving a breath taking view from the balcony. The apartment is plenty of space, with bedrooms and a bathtub. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of glassware and tableware. It is a dishwasher and they give you a few tablets to use. The stove is large, and the pans and pots are enough to make a good meal. The kitchen is with a kettle, coffee pot, coffee machine and a toaster. We appreciate the large sitting area and dining table. There is a supermarket (Netto, edeka) about 10 mins drive.
The pillows are small and thin - not very comfortable. I'd bring my own. They do not provide anything (not even hand soap). The tv screen is outdated and small (not that u need it!). There are a lot of stairs and steep hills, it was okay for us but not for the mothers in the group.
Overall nice resort to walk around and good for hiking.
Mostly on maintenance side. Saw sharp edges on home's stair and broken slide (at bottom) with sharp edges in toddler pool. In both case it was not safe for small kids. Even indoor play area were not entirely safe for small kids for same reason.
Nice quite breakaway in close proximity to Aachen. The sauna was a nice surprise.
The indoor pool could have been warmer and pizzas wasn't available.
Nice place to be at and good wellness.
Smelly and dirty place. Most of the basic things were missing like hairdryer
We liked the size of the apartment, it was huge and had a lovely view. We loved the town and the price was very good. We stayed for the weekend as a group and we were really happy with having access to a pool
We called beforehand to tell the property we would check in late, the customer service screamed “GEIN ENGLISH” and hung up. We had to ask a German person around us to speak to customer service on our behalf. The return answer was that check in after 8 is not a problem. We arrived and called the number on the intercom and waited while the bell rang for 40 minutes in the freezing snow. This was not pleasant. The pool is also not heated but there is a steam room. The sauna was not in function while we wanted to use it. Our friends also rented another house/room that had a sauna in it while ours didn’t and we paid the same price for our rooms. Although all of these negative points made us frustrated, the beautiful scenery made up for it.
The playground for kids was great!
Accessibility to the swimming pool was bad and the swimming pool itself was very disappointing and cold. We called to get some help when we arrived around 5:30 pm and the person didn't speak English and couldn't help us at all. .. in general the whole experience was disappointing
Location was very niceStaff was very friendlyLivingroom was spacious
Parking. We had a home in the valley, but there were almost no parking spots there. What meant that you had to park on the large parking place at the top.. which was a very step climb.
Free parking and good location for sightseeing and hiking.
We even need to buy essentials, such as toilet papers and shampoos by ourselves.
Location, nice big apartments
Only one toilet roll for the whole stay.
Fabulous location, incredible views. Great outdoor and indoor activities.Reception were very helpful and all facilities (especially the child friendly ones and kids areas) we're spotless clean and enjoyable. We loved our stay and will hopefully come back one day.
The houses are lovely, well equipped, the location is fantastic for walking and enjoying the nature
The water in the swimming pool was cold, which is not very great with small children
Very clean, beautiful surroundings, the sauna in the apartment
