It’s centrally located. Very posh, great restaurant and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was insanely good. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room had a lot of comfortable seating and a desk. Coffee, tea and water was provided. They were able to store our luggage after checkout. They have a pool and sauna.

Wifi was spotty at the end of the hall and no fridge. On the expensive side.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is pretty new and clean, good breakfast. Saunas are clean and hot. Large private parking, partly covered.

It was terribly stuffy in room no 312, I couldn't get enough sleep. The aircon was turned on, the fans blew air, but the system didn't cool the room at all. It's hard to appreciate the merits of a hotel when you haven't slept well.In addition, the ergonomics of the room leaves much to be desired: the bed is pressed against the wall, and one of the guests finds it uncomfortable to get up; the bathroom door is too wide and when opened blocks the entrance to the shower stall; no fridge in the closet where it supposed to be.

Modern comfortable hotel within walking distance of main square. Pity about the receptionist at checkin. Every request seemed to be a problem (like asking for extra pillows).

Very modern and beautiful hotel. We travel a lot but design of this hotel from each corridor, restaurant,rooms were stunning! Didnt had chance to use SPA and bowling or casino however we definitely coming back! Staff was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food created by Ola and her team was just delicious interesting - not boring and flavors were unique but at the same time traditional! Ola you have such a talent - I cant even describe which dosh was the best because all of them was delicious! I forgot to ask names but reception was always greeting us with a smile and was helpful, Breakfast lady (forgive me didnt catch your name) and restaurant team - polite super super helpful, efficient! Thank you guys for making our stay enjoyable and see you soon

spacious room, restaurant! decor, interesting bfast choices - very positive. great pizza in the restaurant, swimming pool and accessibility to it

staff, all except for check-in were doing the bare minimum required. staff is letting hotel down. I don't need to see a phone in the backpocket of bfast staff the size of a tablet when I need to specifically ask for missing items such as bread and juice. When I point out that the glasses for juice are dirty, I am not expecting staff to talk back to me that it is just water stains all over the glass and then to turn around and walk away without changing anything or bringing new ones. When we pointed out to staff who sat us down for dinner that we are not going to sit at particular table because there were stains on it, we sat at nearby one, however your staff didn't come back to clean the stain after giving us a la carte menus.

Modern, clean, in the town centre, large room, professional and very friendly staff, great selection for breakfast, secured car park, swimming pool, bakery and a garden bar. The young girl with long black hair that was in the restaurant in the morning was aleays extremely helpful and polite. Very polite and nice cleaning ladies. I cannot fail this place on anything.

Very nice overall. Modern. Comfortable. The only negative was the amount of noise that bleeds from one room to the next, but aside from that it’s really nice

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Ther is a nice spa area with swimming pool and different sorts of sauna (maybe a jacuzzi and hammam would be nice additions!). We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, very tasty!

The staff was nice but there is still room for improvement when serving customers at the restaurant, e.g. make them taste the wine before serving or ensuring the meat is cooked according to their taste!

The bed was great. The bed lights super. Bedlinen very comfortable. Reception great. The sauna also great. Just all in all a very good ecperience.

Bed was super comfortable

Breakfast was expensive and terrible, no fresh orange juice, poor selection. Double room but no 2 bedside tables ☹️. Bed by the wall. Why? Poor view. Disappointed for “best” hotel in town. Would not stay again. They charge premium but delivered mediocre.

No sport and polish national tv channels ,only Polsat TV and TVN TV (politically ? )

Breakfast was even better from last timerooms are gooddinner was perfect. Especially steak!

Staff at reception

Breakfast was terrible. The orange juice is like water, when we arrive we barely had options besides really bad scrambled eggs.

I have asked for a burger in the restaurant and when I have started eating I found strange the meat was coming out of the bread by pieces. So when I raised the top part I saw a piece of hamburger with what seemed 2 bites. I send it back I refused to pay but felt disgusted for the rest of the trip. Awful experience.
