Nice clean modern room

Too much TV noise from adjoining room.

Perfect place for a one-night stay, especially for families traveling with children. A nice, quiet separate location where you can comfortably rest after a long journey. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Thank you — we will definitely come back.

The late evening receptionist had problems with English, trying to explain that we will come later, due to hold-up's at the Ukrainian border and thick fog on the road. He told us, that there is no booking for us, but after some time he found it.

Comfortable room and beds, convenient location, great breakfast

The staff informed us beforehand by mail, that there will be a wedding-party during our stay and that it could be noisier than usual. Proactively they gave us a room far away from the noise and actually there was no noise. Very silent, excellent sleep.Food in the restaurant was excellent and more than enough, Service was very good. Breakfast was a buffet, well made.Superb value for money, this hotel and the staff deserve more than 3 Stars.

Cozy comfortable hotel for overnight stay in Chelm. Unfortunately, haven't had a chance to try the breakfast as checked out early.

Restaurant was closed. Breakfast starts late - at 8am.

The hotel deserves better than 3 stars. It is very new, clean, and the staff is overly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. Overall great stay in Chelm.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional—always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was really nice, with a variety of delicious choices that fueled our day perfectly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making it a very pleasant environment. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality!

We have tayed in this hotel 3 times already. Just because it is nearest hotel to UA/PL border. Overall it is nice, good rooms and perfect breakfast.

After placing a booking, hotel confirmed it and send a short msg in Polish, that there going to be a wedding celebration in the hotel that night ( which i didn't understand, as I don't speack polish).When we came to the hotel, we spent about 10 minuts waiting at the receprion for the personel, listening for very loud music ( it was about 11PM). When finaly worker came to us, he jusut sad: Have you received information that we have weding here?I explained that I do not speack polish and didn't understand that info, but still we need to have a rest after 14 hour travel day. Just asked for farest room from celebration. The guy said that i s not an option, and the room is on the second floor, just above the celebration.I cannot explain how bd was our experience after a day in the car on the border, trying to sleep on the bad which was bouncing because of the base coming from music.Music ended about 4AM. . .Onemore thing. it was about 28C in the room, I turned on air conditioning, and it was making additional scretching noises. To open a window, was not an option, people were singing outside...No discount or some kind of good bonus after that stay. full price was invoiced.

I liked the stay. I liked a waiter. The stuff was very friendly. Very nice hotel.

We didn’t like the view from the window and the machines on the roof which didn’t allow for open windows due to emotes hit.

Close to road and was a bit noisy to sleep

The hotel was good, met all my expectations and served the purpose - quiet rest after a long travel. The stuff was friendly, the room was clean, so nice to have bottled water, coffee and tea in the room. I also enjoyed the breakfast - great variety of food and drinks. Location is convenient - just a few minutes from the train station.
