Hotel Kardamon

We booked a room for 3 people through Booking and the booking was confirmed by the system. However, when we arrived, we figured out there was no room for 3 people, just 2 rooms for 2. The personnel lady was still expecting that some Polish travelers would arrive at 02:30 (maybe it was important they were Polish). We had been driving all day, and were supposed to be driving all the next day. We arrived tired at 01:00 dead tired. I have never been in such situation before with Booking. The hostess lady was not able to suggest a decision in our favour and proposed that we book two double rooms at a higher price. At 01:00 we had to drive away and look for the next hotel, and of course we were late to our schedule next day. The funny thing, after we left, we were still able to book a family room for three visitors in Hotel Kardamon that night.

Location, big room

Rooms need renovation, especially in the bathroom, no hooks, towels are old and grey, breakfast isn’t value for money

Great place to stay on budget - spacious room, easy to get by car

This is my favorite accomodation in Tarnów. I have been travelling to Tarnów frequently during the last few months. By car, Hotel Kardamon is the best place. Great value for the price, stylish decoration, quiet, clean rooms, nice garden, decent staff.

I can say only small things: like in the room with 3 beds, they did not manage to put 3 glasses of the same kind for the water.

Large room, nice beds, everything was clean and looked renovated. Good value for money.

The staff were always helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and tidy.Breakfast was nice

Room a little hot

-Staff very polite- rooms are way bigger than average and spacious.- rooms are very clean.

- Rooms are not soundproofed. You can literally hear everything that is said the room next door. When booking a hotel, the size of room, facilities etc are secondary, the main purpose is to sleep well. This was not the case, I could not sleep until 4AM when the guest next door finally turned off the TV (this would not be a problem with a proper wall and soundproof elements). I also woke up at 7AM due to very loud step sounds and conversation. Total of 3h slept... I cannot say that the price is worth a bad night of sleep.- Curtains do not fully cover the window and light came through all night (there is a warehouse right in front of the rooms located on the back side of the room. Because of the security lightening of the warehouse these rooms get artificial light until sunrise due the curtaina not covering all the window.

A big room with a couch and a nice bathroom. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking next to the building.

We booked the room for 3 people. 2 + 1 child. But we didn't find any third bed for the son.. That is the main minus. We didn't sleep well

Comfortable Roos and convenient parking - and it’s out of the way location.

I didn’t know it sorta’ closes down at 2000 - and it might be an idea to get that in somewhere.
