Hotel Pod Dębem

The breakfast was great. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Was on a trip and needed a place to stay for one night this was an excellent choice.

All was very good no complaints.

Nice location w easy parking and good restaurant

Entering the room u have to use 6-7 digits code like entering safe in the bank. In the corridor was not enough light, I could not see the digit numbers written on card and i missed one digit and I could not enter the room. Please back to the past and instal there cards or keys. Forget about code digits entering- hotel management. Hotel equipment needs to be refurnished, equipment is 10-15 years old.

Part of staff were very good and all tried to help with the amount of foreign language they have.Dinner and breakfast service was wonderful

The lighting in the room and mainly 2 bulbs not functioning.Should be mentioned the hotel hasn't got elevator and all has to be lifted via the stairs

Most friendly reception, speaking aswell english as german! Very nice and warm welcome! Room was big and clean, everything worked, sufficient plugs for charging mobiles etc. Wifi worked well and parking right in front of the door (beside a main road). Breakfast was of wide variety and more than enough of quantity, fried/scrambled eggs on request ... Also restaurant service at night was perfect, lovely polish dishes were served by outstanding friendly staff. I really liked the place!

There wer few little ants in the room but not very much molesting. Probably because we had a room at the ground floor, garden was near. Not really a problem.

The location to Tarnow

This hotel is not worthy of 1 star let alone 3 stars. The staff were incompetent and rude to the point they booked a coach of teenagers to the complete upper floor of the hotel without consideration of any other guests. The noise and behaviour from these children and their teachers was disrespectful and disgraceful. The hotel refused to do anything about the noise or behaviour and we were forced to leave the hotel at 9pm at night to find another place to stay. Took our money and refused a refund. DISGUSTING AND POOR MANAGEMENT

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Its a little out of the way but its was a pleasant and the inhouse food is decent.

Catering on site was good.

A fairly big bathroom

Little larvae bugs coming out of the bathroom walls... Spider underneath the bed... No reception staff in evenings and weekends so made it near impossible to communicate our concerns and issues with the bugs, dirty shower

clean rooms, comfy bed, easy check in, good breakdast, all good

Very comfortable beds, the hotel is close to the highway, which makes it a perfect spot to spend a night when you travel by car.
