there was a party on their rooftop restaurant till 3 AM and I don't think anyone on 3 floors below slept due to the music. I was on a work assignment and my next day was messed up.

Everybody there was very polite and courteous. From the front desk to the pool, to Oasis restaurant, to the bellboys, and all the way to the Giratorio Restaurant! I even extended my stayed with them!

They need to improved the internet conection.

When I arrived, I was given a room and then was told they needed to move us. This was extremely inconvenient since we had already unpacked.

They steal my gold chain, I left the room and within 15 minutes I realized I left the the chain on the left bed, I told them the location, when I was coming out of the room they maids where coming in to clean, they claimed they couldn’t find it, they told me the maid will get back to me I told her to spoke to staff and I hear crickets. So last time staying in here and I’m always here for more than a week.

The hotel is beautiful. We upgraded to a suite which was really nice. The extra space was necessary for two people working remotely. The wi-fi worked great for us. The breakfast was great - fresh and varied. All of the staff members were polite and kind. Daniela from the front desk was especially patient with me with respect to my lack of Spanish.

The room didn't have any dressers for your clothes. While the closet is large, there are really only 2 shelves for your clothes that don't need hanging. It made us have to live out of our luggage for the week we were there. One other thing was that it appeared that the hallways were never vacuumed. After a week of being there, they seemed to be pretty dirty.

The common areas were clean and inviting. The Christmas decoration added a nice touch to the environment. The staff was very accommodating.

The bathroom didn’t have a door. Looks like the door broke and they removed it. The glass from the door keeps falling every time there is a movement.

The fact that they were renovating all rooms around us. A hotel should know that they close up the whole floor when renovations take place… Rooms and amenities are really old… No privacy when using the jacuzzi. Everyone from the surrounding buildings can see you. If you want a towel you will have to search for yourself…

I was assigned a room on the third floor, but there were several parties booked on the first floor. On Friday, the noise from the party went on until 2:30 AM, and it was loud enough to reach my room on the third floor, making it impossible for me to rest. This continued on Saturday night into Sunday morning, almost until 3 AM. I called the front desk multiple times to request that the music volume be reduced, but it didn’t help. I feel this hotel is not suitable for rest, especially on weekends, as they rent out event spaces that make it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It's better to stay during the week if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Good breakfast, I was in the 2nd tower and elevator to come to the lobby was not working it was a long walk every time I had to go to my room, great location, close to everything and safe to walk in the area

The customer service was really poor, especially at the front desk (Luisa). I usually stay at good hotels when I travel, but honestly, this was my worst experience with customer service. I stayed in room 616, and the bathroom ceiling had some cracks that made me feel unsafe. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Hotel Dann Carlton Is A Great Choice Safe And Secure In The Best Neighborhood In Barranquilla. The Hotel Hospitality Was Great, The Room Was Very Comfortable And Clean, And The Breakfast Buffet Was Deliciously Excellent, The Hotel Is Very Well Equipped With All The Amenities You Would Expect Huge Pool With Pool Side Bar With A Salsa Dj Who Played Great Music. Full Gym And Sauna On The Roof Top. And The Staff Was Awesome. And The Bigest And Most Popular Shopping Mall In The City Is Across The Street Which Is The Buenavista. I Would Definitely Recommend This Hotel Absolutely.
