Staff and service was wonderful

I was staying in the 11th floor and every single night was very difficult to sleep as I could hear very clearly the loud music on the 13th floor until very late. They need to lower the music.

I found other¿s people hair in the bathroom floor and that was disgusting. Other than that everything was very good

Nice hotel. It feels brand new, the facilities are well maintained and the staff is super nice.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but they feel luxurious, well maintained, and refreshing to stay in.The pool area should be re-imagined. Removing the tables and focusing on lounge and tanning chairs would significantly improve the atmosphere. Tables placed near the pool showers disrupt the pool vibe, and with only three pool chairs available, seating is clearly insufficient.To the hotel team: the potential is clearly there for a beautiful, luxurious pool area—re-imagining it could truly elevate the experience. ?

I really liked how beautiful and clean the hotel is, and the staff was super friendly the whole time. The location was perfect for us, being so close to Buenavista made everything easy. We could shop, grab food, or pick up anything we needed in just a few minutes. The breakfast was also really good. Overall, a really nice and convenient place to stay!

Too much noise from music on the top and from discos. I had to change mu room and still.

The property is very clean and I have a great view of the city. Near the malls. Accesible. I will stay there again. Breakfasts was supreme.

Need air conditioner in the lobby

Diana really made my stay here awesome. She is a great manager, I really would’ve been lost without her. They have a family vibe here, and also made me feel like family. The staff members were nice to me. It was my first time in Barranquilla, and it was great. My room was clean and very home like with a great view of the city. It was hot when I first entered the room and then temperature was adjusted to my liking by the bellman. Has pool on the roof with a great view. A gym which I didn’t find out about until my last day. Overall great experience great people.

What didn’t like was the bathroom. The entrance was too small there was a vent window which leads to the hallway, which invades privacy. The toilet water pressure wasn’t that good. Also I didn’t like the shower head was on top the floor was very slippery when soapy and water. Had to buy an anti slip shower mat. Water wasn’t as hot as I wanted also pressure. In room washer/dryer was very confusing to use crappy in my opinion. I guess it steam dries, you are just better hanging up your clothes to air dry. Room next to me was playing loud music possibly long term lodgers idk. For breakfast would’ve love to see bacon, sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal etc

Rooms were the smallest I have ever seen at a Criwne Plaza. I traded up to a suite and that too was tiny.

Location is safe and lots of bars restaurants near by. The shopping is also opposite The food in the restaurant was very good.

The pool gets a little crowded as the area to sit is small. Breakfast was ok, not in line with English tastes. A little English spoken within the hotel.

It is too noisy inside. Third floor room 303 impossible to sleep with the party. Floor below pool bar impossible to sleep due the party noise, music.
