Excellent breakfast, food options in general.

Room was very awkward layout. Not five star quality by American standards. Maybe 3.5 stars.

Amazing location in the very heart of the old town market square. Beautiful facilities and lovely accommodating staff. I phoned a few days before my arrival to see if I could have a room with a view of the old town and low and behold my room had the best view as requested. Great restaurant and a bar open till late night hours. Comfortable room with sound proof walls/windows which allowed me to get good rest! But my favourite thing by far was the overall Polish folk decor!!! Great combination of the modern mixed with our amazing culture and tradition!

Staff at the breakfast buffet were not helpful at all. There was no option to order from the menu, as no one approached us. After asking a simple question, I received only a partial response and the waitress disappeared within seconds. It was a very poor experience, and after speaking with other guests who were having breakfast at the same time, their feedback was the same.

Great room and great facilities, location also very good.

Having the room under the gym people slamming the weights on the floor woke me up since 7 am. I also found a bit peculiar there is only on kind of pillow available.

Location was right in the main square, right where the christmas markets are. And there's a brewery under the hotel.

the room wasn't really of a 5* hotel. the bathroom smelt of sewage, 1 bathroom robe for a double room booking, just a kettle for coffee/tea (would have expected e.g. a nespresso machine), no hygiene kit/amenities. not a double bed but two single beds joined, two small duvets, pillows weren't great.

Staff are so rude especially the young waiters/ waitresses in the restaurant serving breakfast. Barely made eye contact and were most unhelpful when asked simply how to order from the menu. Counted at least 5 staff all chatting at the bar area whilst customers were clearly unsure about where to sit, how to get drinks etc…

Very good location, spacious room, but I didn’t like the shower without door or toilet with glass walls and curtains. This is modern, but not comfortable too. The towels were not changed daily… But in generally this is a very good and comfortable hotel

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience, which is why we decided to return. However, this time the room we received (booked through Booking) was noticeably worse than the one we previously booked directly through the hotel’s website.The room on the 5th floor did not feel like a 5-star standard. The bathroom looked more like a small temporary add-on rather than part of a proper hotel room, with cold stone flooring and an inconvenient layout. The curtains didn’t close properly, so we asked for assistance. The staff offered to change our room, which we appreciated, but after a full day of travelling we were too tired to move again, so we ended up fixing the curtains ourselves with a binder clip.There were also several small but important details that did not match a luxury hotel. The slippers were extremely poor quality and tore as soon as I put them on. The hairdryer was very small and not practical, more suitable for a budget hotel than a 5-star property. Additionally, for three guests we received only two tiny water bottles (around 200 ml each), which felt insufficient for even one night.Another issue was communication at check-in. We spoke to the staff in English, as we do not speak Polish, but they continued responding only in Polish. Since we had stayed here before, we managed, but for a 5-star hotel this felt unprofessional and not welcoming.Breakfast was fine overall, but the coffee was surprisingly poor for a hotel of this category.In summary, while we still like this hotel and know it can offer a great stay, this visit did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star property. We hope management pays more attention to room consistency, amenities, and guest communication.

Room layout and lighting could have been better. Bathroom set up bit unusual with sink in main room.

Our 3rd stay here in 3 months. Amazing hotel. The rooms are superbly pointed, lots of cosy features and everything tastefully decorated. Venison in the restaurant is simply perfect.

Our room key stopped working 12 noon despite check out on Booking stating 13:00hrs. This caused us a slight delay in getting room key reprogrammed and we almost missed our train. However, that was a hotel oversight. I showed them the booking email which states 13:00hrs check out. It was news to them.

Location is perfect - you get access to the central square, the hotel is clean, nice, restaurant and pub with great food and nice people.

The room had windows into internal yard, where the conditioners and some other vents are located and you simple cant keep the window open as it ita just too much machine noise outside.

The place fully deserves 4 stars(i know that it 5stars). Professional, helpful, qualified staff. Very comfortable bed, high-quality bedding and pillows, but I expect that from a 5-star place. Interesting room decor, but some may find it strange. Breakfast buffet was good and not suffiecent for 5stars, likely you are able to order very nice meals from live cooking menu

View from window. It was also quite cold in room so i had to turn on laudly airco for heating.Stones and pubbles in bathroom looks interesting but i saw something similiar to mold on the wall near shower.

There were no parking spaces for our car, the breakfast selection was not large and we booked one room, but was given a completely different one

The hotel is beautifully designed with charming regional touches. Its central location, with entrances on both sides of the building, makes it easy to reach the main square. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast offered a wide selection of options, which was a pleasant surprise, and the two on-site restaurants served delicious food — with room service available as well. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely kind.

A small thing, but I was surprised that there was no hair conditioner provided.
