Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona

Disappointing. Rooms were double booked and we were unable to stay in our desired hotel. Our replacement hotel was dated

We did not have any of our 7 rooms available due to them double booking our rooms. We arrived at 12 at night and had to wait an hour for them to relocate us to a different Radisson hotel in a worse location.

Our booking was overbooked by them, we were very disappointed.

We booked a nice modern apartment in this hotel, but when arriving they had overbooked it, instead they had booked us a hotelroom (in another hotel) which was dated, not modern, instead. Not a nice replacement, we would never booked this room for this money, although they gave us free breakfast (which we only used ones, because we want to have breakfast in the city) and free parking. They just do not understand their customers, why they book their apartment. If they would do, they would give a better replacement.

Great accomodation in Riga, own kitchen, nice living space, good bed in the bedroom.Location is perfect whether on business or holiday in Riga.You get good value for your money here - my usual choice when in Riga for business travels.

The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable, way better than a regular hotel room. I liked it is equiped with a coffee machine and I could enjoy my morning coffee without going out. Highly recommended.

Excellent room and amenities.

Duvee could have been nicer. Smelly bathroom. Still, for price and location a very good stay.

It was our 4th stay in this hotel and we know that other rooms are great. But this time we get room with out normal shower in bath room and chair in it. I assume that the room is for disabled guests. You should give advance notice before giving the keys to the room.

We had 1 year old baby and room with shower. Hotel has provided bath for our little one which she loved! Scale was also provided and toiletries. Park Inn has exceed our expectations!Well done to hard working team.Very professional and helpful, happy staff! Impressed. Thank you very much for hospitality

Great place to stay in Riga! 15 min walk from the center. Very modern and well equipped, perfect bed and nice bathroom. Special thanks to the hotel staff, very nice and responsive, helping to solve the problem.

Hotel with a very convenient room in very good location. Many breakfast options around hotel. Very quiet room despite intensive traffic on the street.

Unfortunatelly no short stop options before hotel to calrify where is the hetel parking - it was a bit chalenging to arrive with the car.

Spacious rooms and a comfortable bed.

The smoking area was right under balcony in the inner courtyard so I could smell the smoke in my room.

We loved our stay in the apartament, perfect place for 3 people. We arrived very late night, stuff been very polite. In apartament is,everything what you need. Eaven iron and desk, microwave, Eaven can cook food...everything was perfect, definitely coming next time there. Location is perfect in centre.

Air conditioning in the bedroom ?

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We traveled with three adults. The bed room sliding door did not fully close, which created a noise and intimacy issue. The location is also rather noisy.

No have own parking . Parking close to hotel 8 eur for night.

The idea of living in the apartment and having more space than in a basic hotel room

Shower head holder was broken and it was “fixed” with duct tape. The were no hand soap left. Sticky dishes. Welcome card was not with my name. Broken TV screen in the living room. Unclean and smelly carpet in the living room. Unclean ottoman with huge spots on it. Was not able to sleep with an open window because of the noise from the street, had to close it, woke up with the headache because the ventilation was not good enough. Barelly English speaking woman in the reception. No parking place.Room 201.

The terrace on the 7th floor was breathtaking! It was quieter than expected. The room was spacious and has all the facilities and a kitchenette that was handy. Coffee shops, bakeries, shops were nearby and the old town just a few minute walk away.

The floor all over the apartment shakes with the bypassing trams. It is not bothersome, but just a bizarre feeling

We loved the staff, receptionist was very friendly and nice. We could check in much earlier than we had to. Our room was upgraded and was really lovely. We had nice kitchen and balcony. Cleaning was pretty good.

Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, tram and bus stops, 10 minutes to Riga train station, lots of cafes and restaurants. Room was big, clean, and well equipped.

The pillows were very very soft and I needed three to give any neck support. No gym at hotel.

Everything! It's clean, comfy, staff are lovely, great location, facilities look so fresh.
