A22 Hotel

It is one of the most stylish and modern hotel in Riga. Breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and professional. Room is stylish.

New hotel in a good location

The bathroom uses a sensor to turn on and turn off the lights without an override. When we have to go to the toilet during our sleep, the bright light in the bathroom makes it difficult to go back to sleep. Very stingy in supplying bottled water, the Staff told us not to drink the tap water but did not give us enough to drink. I have to order bottled water from Wolt which costs us nothing much but what a shame for a 5* hotel not to provide water to their guests.

The breakfast. I understand that the hotel is empty, but there are standards for hotels and if the breakfast is a la carte as in this case, it would be nice to come up with more comfortable solution for guests- I had to ask for one slice of cheese and few cucamber slices. Ordered an omlet and few slices of trout fillet, which they forgot to bring. All in all breakfast was so bad that it quite ruined the weekend getaway for us. This was the third stay in this hotel and before it was much better.

Usage of one-time shampoos. Should be more environmentally friendly. Room has slightly too hot for sleeping (we did not regulate the temp down, but only understood that middle of the night)

We really liked the style of the apartment,everything was on top,cleanness,service,breakfast,especially when stuff gifted us a bottle of wine because of birthday,we didn’t ask for it,but they did it on their own,it was so awesome.Also we really liked sauna,because you reserve it only for yourself,and there is no other people.

The hotel says on booking.com that it is in the center. This is not true. Smell of cooking cabbage and onions when you walk in and horrible cooking smells in Restaurant. Needs some proper ventilatuon. Staff are mostly unfriendly. Restaurant is lacking management and totally inflexible with only set menu at lunch. We had 7 people and went to restaurant Portofino 100m away. that was fantastic. The hotel needs to wake up.

I've visited Riga many times and stayed in various hotels, but after my experience at A22, I must say it stands in a class of its own. This hotel truly exceeds all expectations. From the exceptional communication before our arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was flawless. The check-in was seamless, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to an even better-class room. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and meticulously equipped with everything we could need. And the breakfast – served in a Michelin-starred restaurant, no less – was simply outstanding! I know I'll be returning for another exceptional stay.If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable hotel experience in Riga, look no further than the A22. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking the very best.

The hotel is so good that there's nothing bad to write about it. However, I would like to share 2 things that some people might not like (they didn't bother us at all):– The hotel is not located in the old town itself, so if you don't like walking, don't have a car, or don't feel comfortable taking a taxi or public transportation, you probably won't like it. It is a 23-minute walk to the Freedom Monument (Brīvības piemineklis) and a 21-minute walk to Cathedral Square. We didn't mind this at all.– The hotel doesn't have a spa, except for a Finnish sauna. So if you are looking for a hotel with a spa, choose another place. Again, this was not a problem for us, but I know people for whom this could be a big drawback.

Friendly welcoming staff, some nice restaurants just a few minutes away, green park right across the street. Very clean, bathroom supplies from l'occitane, however missing vanity kit, disposable toothbrush, shaving kit...

Definitely expected more. The room is ok, stylish - yes, but not cozy at all. The sink in the bathroom is terrible - not meant for using just watching. All the marble countertops all over the room are already deeply stained. No green flowers as per picture, not even that small chrystmass tree deco shown all over comercials. Actually, all decorations you could see on the photo - unfortunately they take it away.Refused to make american pancakes which dissapeared from the breakfast menu just a few days ago. I hoped they could make an exception for the NY's morning...

Modern hotel in a cosy neighbourhood in Riga, the service was exceptional, breakfast superb and room very clean

We just wished that the gym could be bit bigger and there could be a small pool. Otherwise if you don’t have time for spa this is a perfect choice

The breakfast was great. A good selection both in the buffet and in addition you could order from the a la carte menu. The food and service was very enjoyable in the restaurant John, which was recommended also by the Michelin guide.Our room was spacious and we slept very well. I really liked the stylish interior design of the hotel, moderately luxurious, tasteful.The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem, the interior, the attention to detail and the staff who will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Best hotel in Riga, hands down.
