- OMG! I ended up in Pultusk by mistake and what a great mistake it was! Zamek is a working museum with hidden places to explore and a new treat around every bend. Due to the time of year I ended being the only guest in this huge place, amazing! I would guess that there were 15 -20 staff tending to the incredible landscape, restaurant, reception, house cleaning and management. There were functions during the day which was no problem.I also have to throw a bone in there for the staff. I felt like I was being waited on hand and foot! ...Just wow, it was almost embarrassing. The meals were also made for a prince, great job there!I'd have to say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I've traveled extensively through many continents. I find 5 star hotels mundane having no character. I'm into unique and historical ones '. The Zamek is way up there!Thanks to all that provided me with this experience!
