Pros +
- It was an awesome experience for our family. The rooms were great with the pile of legos, and the kids loved exploring the playspaces and museum. The communal kitchen was really nice as well for storing food.
- A fantastic hotel with everything kids could need — the garden and play area were highlights. We also really enjoyed the breakfast
- Excellent for families of children 0-8. Breakfast great and had child-friendly options. The apartment was surprisingly well equipped. Especially appreciated the yard, the large play room and the slide.I think we got upgraded to an apartment at no extra cost. A communal kitchen to make your tea available. This would be wonder to visit during all seasons. Overall the wonderful facilities were a great surprise!
Cons -
- Not a true double bed.
- No curtain in the roof window of apt 15 and a street light shining right into my face (request apt 17 or 18...).The mattress was a bit hard. The steep staircase in the apartment could be an issue for someone with a 0-2 year baby or some mobility issues. The food in the bistro is mostly junk.
- Bit far from the center: 10 min by car or 40 min walk. Otherwise - awesome place. Alos no place to dine around.

Great experience staying in a real museum. Kids where amazed by amount of available Lego to play with. Lego for kids is literaly everywhere: in your room, in the coridor, in the dining room, in the yard. Good breakfast. Bone church is just 2 min on foot. Shop nearby.

Extraordinary place with attention to detail- paradise for LEGO lovers( children and adults).Walking distance from train station, reasonable prices, staff very friendly, polite and attentive. Lego everywhere- in rooms, in bistro, in the garden. Spotlessly clean rooms.Great breakfast with plenty of choices.
In a hotel for kids breakfast is a little chaotic. The staff helped me by allowing me to leave luggage in the store room.
It gets pretty hot on the upper floor. The location is a little remote from the centre.
Reservation was for 2+2 kids, hotel had information only for 2 adults.
It looked like a great stay for a family with small kids. Lots of playing around options. We however were just two adults and enjoyed it for a great location and suitable accomondation. However someone who is annoyed by small children running around would not enjoy their stay.
The hotel itself sends awful ammount of emails. For one stay I got total number of 15 emails and 5 of them on a single day.
Really nice theme hotel for an overnight stay. Clean room and facilities. The included museum tour was also nice!
Comfy beds, quiet, excellent breakfast, brilliant for kids
Very hot, no aircon
I traveled with my family and a 2 y.o toddler. I was blown away by the kids playground, it made such a positive difference in our stay as our kid was always engaged at the playground.
This is ideal for children. There is even a slide to get from the hotel to the garden.
I did wish they only left age appropriate Lego in the room. My child is too young to play with lego but perfect for duplo. It would have been great to have duplo in the room.
Bricks decoration everywhere
Position of bed should be opposite side because under the roof was not so pleasant and I think the beam in the room is dangerous!
The room, the museum, the coffee, the LEGO.
Well.... its lego everywhere. The hotel is generous to have multiple places full of legos for people (and kids) to play with them. You get to visit "the museum" for free.Outside space is good for kids to spend some energy outside
We had an unfortunate situation where due to some plumbing / heating issues we had loud noises during the full night. No one was there to support, or remediate the situation. It was a night of very bad sleep due to the noises. Fortunately it got solve the next day. There is no support outside business hours, as there is no reception.Despite there are 3 number of people on-call to support any need, they do not work...We never got any proactive contact or apologies for the fact. When you have a couple of rooms, it's a shame to loose the opportunity to have direct customer contact.
we stayed one night, and it was more an experience than one night stay, especially for kids, who love lego. there are lots of legos to play in the room, in the hall and there is also a lego playroom. eventhough the hotel itself has no parking we got a free parking just across the street. the breakfast in the morning was really good.
The location to the train station is just a 10 minute walk. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Bricks, Lego bricks everywhere. Pretty good breakfast too.Nice garden for the children to play in, but see below.
On Saturday, the busiest day I'd guess, the gardener decided to burn some old cardboard in the garden (rather than recycling it!), literally smoking us out of there. When done, he started mowing the lawn with a loud mower. It felt like the gardener was trying to make us leave. Again: This was Saturday, during the day, when the guests were chilling out in the garden. Incredible :-(
Very nice Lego thematic hotel, kids favorite! Legos in the room to play with, also in other rooms in the hotel. Good breakfast.
As there was no air condition, just a small ventilator, and very wam in the room, we left windows open for the night. Early in the morning, before 7 am, in the garden opposite the hotel a tractor started mowing grass. That's not hotel's fault, but was annoying, kids and I woke up too early because of the noise.
