Nice location with a lake view, comfortable and clean rooms with a balcony. The breakfast was quite good (except for the coffee), variety of choices.

We arrived late in the evening, the person at the reception didn't speak English and noted that we need to pay in cash (zlotes) which we didn't have. Then he went to look for a younger staff member who came and found that there is a card reader on the reception desk and we could easily pay by card. Apart from this strange situation, everything else was fine.

Very nice and clean room with balcony and with a super view on the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free parking and this is very important in that area if you travel by car. Super breakfast with high quality food. Very good value for money.

Hotel on the bank of the lake, perfect view. Close to town center. Very clean. Good breakfast, great variety.Rooms not too big, but sufficient.

They do not have any storage for bicycles. We keep them chained to the balcony.

Staff very friendly!The view from our spacious and clean room was nice and the location is good to reach most of the surrounding places and attractions within 30-60 min by car.Bike tours around the area are also nice. (Bike rentals available in town for some suitable bikes E-Bike or MTB)

The breakfast was below average, it was more suited towards large bus groups. Limited variety, no croissants, we were basically getting some stocked up remains from two busses of tourists.Although spacious, the rooms only had two normal chairs, so no relaxing seating for the balcony, the beds were not comfortable. It's about time to replace the towels from Makro. The shower seems a bit slippery for the amount of senior bus tourists. (Plastic cabin, no towel on the floor= slippery)Bike Rentals available for a ridiculous price of 30PLN/hour per bike. Do recommend EBike rental 10 min walk from hotel for 70 PLN/day! Maybe not the place to go for younger people.

The location is superb, right on the lake. Amazing ? near restaurants and town center.

The bed was not very comfortable and the stream in the shower was more of a drizzle. The shower was also rather low which is very inconvenient for a tall person. The staff was very welcoming and friendly however some of the information given was not very accurate. I'll recommend double checking ?

Worst experience for such money.

Poor customer service. Only the first receptionist spoke in English. Took forever to check in. Staff doesn’t care, not in a rush at all, ignores seek of attention into problem solving. Poor breakfast and staff. Was told to book lime for breakfast at the buffet when arrived exactly on that time like 90% of the buffet was empty. When asked for food staff purposely speaks back in polish when told that we don’t understand what they’re saying. Asked for food refill but they pointed us to eat leftovers. Staff fighting in front of customers about their duties then pretending with miserable fake smile that everything is ok. Shower water. Got burn by boiling water. Millimeter to left boiling water, millimeter to right ice cold water. Tocatch a medium temperature it’s not possible! Never experienced such a bs. Accidentally tap the flow handle and you will go straight to hell. Balcony. Joined balconies with other rooms. Anyone can enter. No privacy. Other people entering watching through the windows. Balcony railings screwed poorly. Two poles not screwed only third sweeper with one we’re instead on 3 holes. Railing moving. Wainting for accident to happen. Room. Split mattress, sliding, gap opening between joined beds. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Check out. No receptionist on stand, girl from the bar came and took the key, shakes her head and that’s it. How you can describe this kind of experience, can’t even communicate with staff in English. Not worth the money. Left frustrated, unhappy. NOT RECOMMEND

N/A, i do not like filter coffee so I asked for an expresso , and that was perfect ! The team is very nice and wants to make your stay very enjoyable ?

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the triple room was rather big and comfortable. The breakfast appeared simple but each of us found something for our very different tastes, and the food was good. Good coffee. Located by a picturesque lake.

A weak strange smell could be felt upon entering the room. A kettle and a mini fridge would have been of use in the room.
