Location and parking

It's dated, not very clean, breakfast was not great and you could hear neighbors throgh the ventilation in the bathroom

Location, clean air, warm rooms during winter time.Breakfast rather good for money we had to pay.

Staff is not speaking english but tried to be friendly, beds covered with plastic covers.

Never stay!! Heaters not working

We came for business, we stayed for 1 night and we got sick because of this hotel the night we stayed. They don't turn on the heaters even though it's cold. The water was too cold, the room was too cold. Actually we were going to stay 2 nights but we stayed 1 night because the hotel heaters were not working. The staff is never helpful

The view is beautiful

Wellness was from 11 o'clock. The staff was not nice

The location of the hotel is optimal - it is the last resort along the lake so very quite, just a few steps to the jetty and a clean lake. You can reach many restaurants in a short walking distance. The hotel has a private beach with lots of sun beds (empty the time we stayed - August! - which was a nice surprise).

The hotel looks like (and is probably) a post communist resort, not much renovated, the standard rooms look like from 30 years back... the smell was not good, We missed a safe and a fridge/mini bar which is common in 3*hotels. The good thing is that all rooms face the lake, even if we do not see much of it through the trees. A very small balcony where two people hardly fit. If the rooms were a bit more comfortable we would maybe extend our stay.We were surprised that that the bar was closed during day time so to get a drink you needed to go to a neighbour hotel or restaurant.

The hotel is beautifully located right at the edge of the lake Czos in a quiet area where you can here only birds singing. The accommodation is very clean throughout. Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely come back for longer. Breakfast in a nice restaurant.

The bathroom was "outdated". Very basic breakfast. The bad wasn't comfortable.

Poor breakfast. Come on guys, do you really believe that just 1 old style coffee machine it's enough for 30 tourists at the breakfast?

Lovely place to stay by the lake

Not a fan when the bathrooms can't be locked. Especially when traveling with colleagues.

Disappointing

Cold rooms, there was no heating turned on in cold season, staff speaks only in their native language

The room was big enough for two people. The lake view + the balcony ??

There were only two small pillows,the WiFi was not working at all in the evening,I think it was switched off or something. The receptionist wasn't nice to offer us the breakfast options while checking in ,as it was stated by Booking.com that the breakfast is to be paid at the facility.There is no hotel information next to the hotel room phone.Overall the hotel seem nice and has a free parking.

Very polite staff, genuinely helpful. High value for money. Good spa. Very clean throughout. Balcony, great view. Great breakfast.

Dated furniture in the room, not broken just ugly. Thin mattress, comfy enough.

It would be nice to get some sweet dishes (desert) for breakfast

everything is ok, it would be good if there was air conditioning. Poland has a warmer summer
