The staff were friendly

The hotel slid very ?old school?. Don?t really think it?s a 4 star hotel in my opinion

There is nothing that stood out.

Claustrophobic layout of the rooms and facilities. Tiny bathroom with a tinier shower cabin.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the lake.The cleanliness is also good and offers a good breakfast selection.

More parking facilities near the hotel would be useful. Spa times could have longer opening hours. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order during my stay, disappointing.

The massages and wellness center worked really great, the prices are fair and the food in the restaurant is really great and most rooms have a lake-side view

Amazing breakfast, smiling and kind staff. Quiet and sweet pool and sauna. Good location right by the lake.

I am sorry but nobody wants to see a 20+ years old pancake looking sofa or soviet time toilet in a 4 star hotel. I think it is time for the hotel leadership to invest some money and get rid of those old things.

The most I loved the view from my room! Everything was beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly and positive! ! One of the most beautiful locations for a spa hotel! I definitely recommend!

Everything was good . Place, room and facilities were clean and presentable.

It’s all good when it ends well…. Frankly, initially they tried to put us in “broom closet” before we were moved to better room (still with the dawn to dusk construction noise from next door)…After the first night we were ready just to move to another hotel… that’s where Evelina took charge and moved us to nice lake view room…and just like that our little vacation in Mrągowo was saved..

There is major construction happening right next door, and all the front rooms are affected by the construction noise…Also noisy, rowdy “weekend” people parting on the balconies till after midnight?

I stayed in a comfortable room with a lovely view of the lake. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean, and there was a hair dryer, soft towels, and enough toilet paper provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the hotel chef and their team for the tasty and diverse menu they offered.

Valentines day special dinner for extra money was not so good. We were not asked about the menu or what we eat or allergies. Despite this special dinner, food and breakfast is great! Plenty to choose from. Pool and sauna is also great, even though it looks small but it's enough to enjoy them. The view from window to the lake is very great, recommended!

Room was too noisy and noise reduction was almost not there. You can hear every step of every others living there and all the voices. It was too distracting.

I really didn't like the quality of the food, we were there during the New Year, we were disappointed with the dishes. poor showers, hot water runs out after 10 minutes, no sound insulation.

The food served at breakfast as well as dinner options was not good at all. I received my chicken breast with burnt carrots, the hotel had a dusty smell and the wifi was terrible thankfully the reception helped us with a router to use.

May be language diffcultys but was left with no intention to clear plate after dinner and see if I wanted any thing else so got up and paid and left

The food is very tasty, lots of choice. The breakfast was very pleasant.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars. Maximum 2, the repair is very long time ago, everything is worn out. In the room of all outlets worked only 1.In the hall with pool there are steps, a wheelchair user can not get there.

No hotel is perfect but this one was as good as we could have hoped for. Rooms are simple but have all that is needed. The air conditioner was a great plus. Comfortable beds and pillows. The outside garden is magical. Spa is a small one, just to have a quick visit, but it's a nice addition.

The fact that staff couldn't accommodate me with lake view, instead I had a view on metal stairs from my balcony. Wasn't very nice but I did spend most of my time outdoors anyways.

Nice style, only it looks a bit old. Free parking in front of hotel. Big balcony. Swimming pool, jacuzzi.

Looking at the pictures when I booked and where we staid, looks different. Small rooms, tiny shower cabin. Fridge was freezing not cooling (left our water-became ice). No drinks or snacks. Menu in the restaurant was quite short, next door hotel restaurant had much better.Water in jacuzzi hasn’t been changed or disinfected for a long time because it was extremely foaming and had bad smell)

The room was very spacious. Hotel is pet- friendly.A huge variety of food for breakfast.

The hotel would need renovation.
