No hot water available in the bath room. Left hotel in the morning without taking bath?Too small room

I booked two nights and left after only one.

Very loud location. Lots of cobwebs. There was still other people's hair in my room and bathroom. Lots of stains on the walls.

Hot bath area was great and close to a lot of favorite place to eat.

No tattoo in hot bath is very fashion in japan now!

The hotel was outdated, the wallpaper in the bedroom was ripped off the wall, when we turned on the aircon the most foul smell came out, so bad that the aircon was unusable

Great free access onsen on the rooftop, with city view. Affordable place, spaceous room

Had a terrible encounter with a staff member who was very impolite (I had to know some japanese to realise he called me an idiot)Otherwise good experiences with staff

I like the bath, I hated the location. It is terrible if you don't have a car.

I couldn't walk to restaurants worth walking to, the road was far too busy, the road noise came into the room, the chair in the room was broken.

Not so much good if you’re a lone traveler. Far from stations, nothing much in the neighborhood, old room and the bathroom looks like an ages, smelly drainage as well from the ofuro and sink.

The washlet is not comfortable to use. the water pressure is too much.
