very easy to locate, the room was bigger than some business hotel in Japan, it was very quiet, I didn't take the breakfast...but on the first floor they got a very nice restaurant...in the front of the hotel, you have family mart, a parking if you travel by car....very nice!!

Staff were helpful and friendly and had detailed info about bike renting options in Kofu at check in (I had mentioned this when booking) - unlike most hotels, they remembered this; I liked the bath powder (among the facilities) in the lobby; I made use of the microwave and ice machine; spacious bathroom; window opened (nice to find this in Japanese hotels)...
Check out at 10 (instead of 11); having to leave your key at reception every time (I didn't); location is a little far from the station; only 2 clothes hangers; no 'eco/green' housekeeping option...
The size of the room is enough for a solo traveler.The room is clean and basic needs for travel are complete (toiletries, blower, Electric water boiler). Staff is accommodating. Near the convenience store. Walking distance from the train station.
