Toyoko Inn Fujisan Otsuki-eki

Great location, close to the station.All facilities and amenities were provided, staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness as expected, Japan standard. Room was a bit small, again, Japan standard. But I loved the overall stay there for 3 nights with breakfast and would visit again.

The bed felt a little hard.

Breakfast was great, location was close to 7-11 and aeon for food at night.

Being close to the train station and having Times carshare available in your parking lot was a main reason to stay at this hotel. When I travel for holidays here in Japan, I often choose hotels with this arrangement. I travel to destinations by train or shinkansen and then prefer to use carshare from those locations, the convenience and ease of use is the main reason for traveling in this manner.

the beds were a bit too hard / stiff for my liking. Other than that it was a good option for us and the clean rooms and provided breakfast were added bonuses.

Beautiful, clean, spacious facility in a charming small town on the way to Mt. Fuji. Friendly, patient staff. Good complimentary breakfast with local flavor. Lockers available for luggage if you arrive early and room is not ready. A brief walk from the train station.

We have no complaints about the property whatsoever.

Bedroom with very strong smell of cigarettes We asked the staff to change the room as some other rooms were available on booking.com They were disrespectful and refused. We had to sleep with windows opened hearing the train every 15 minutes all night.

The hotel is a new and very clean hotel conveniently located close to the Otsuki rail station. Otsuki is the start of the Fujikyo railway, which takes you to the touring areas around Mt Fuji. Hotel offers free breakfast and WIFI is good.

Good location, walking distance from train station. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese and Western dishes, with lots of choices. large lockers for luggage.

Everything was as described. Room had all the amenities needed and a great view of Mount Fuji as a bonus. Nice breakfast too which we weren’t expecting.

We stayed in Otsuki to use it as a hub for exploring nearby national parks and it was a good choice - the trails were starting up to an hour driving distance from the hotel, the breakfast was good and filling and the nearby old town provided you with many restaurant options (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, Italian - you name it!) to chill in the evenings - and all of them accepted card payment, which was surprising!

Coffee served with breakfast could be better :)

Room was a great size and the location was right near the train station. We could see Fuji from the hotel window which was absolutely amazing.

Close to Otsuki station, supermarket and Daiso nearby.The room is bigger than other Toyoko Inn, no problem to open a large size luggage. There are 3 lifts. A llarge area of breakfast room, very comfortable to have breakfast here.Shuttle bus definitely helps a lot. Good and polite staff, very comfortable and quiet place to stay for 3 nights, there was no people making noise, specially didn't meet noisy groups from mainland China and Hong Kong.

I stayed 3 nights, but last night there was few people spoke mandarin on the corridor close to my room, I have to go out and asking them to keep quiet.

Very clean hotel with large room :) the location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the station and to the supermarket. We found it practical to have an option to track the time and availability of your washing machine and drier from the hotel room.There is place to store your luggage.

Great location, walk left out of station, along road to train tracks, walk over to pathway, straight into hotel..Large lobby & breakfast room, good breakfast for the price. Room good size, plenty of room for luggage. Great place to stay for Mt Fuji visit etc..45mins on train.

Nothing not to like, would stay again.

So clean, modern and we could walk into Otsuki for dinner. Breakfast was nice and staff were charming.
