Hotel Akvilon

On an unplanned stop this hotel fully met our expectations of an above standard resting place both for business as for private travel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room was less than charming, and staff wasn't quite up to speed – which also could possibly beput down two language issues.

Large, clean, luxurious/historical-feeling room and washroom. Quiet area. Provided secure tandem bicycle parking. Good on-site restaurant opened on Monday for dinner.

Buffet breakfast items did not appear to be promptly replenished.

Staff let us use free of charge a seperate room to practice cello.Nice walk through nearby park.Plus didnt know but Joe Bonamassa and other famous blues musicians have given concert here!

Welcoming staff, super comfortable bed, a quiet and very clean room with an antique charm to it. Breakfast was truly amazing with diverse choices for every taste and good coffee in a beautiful sun-filled space with huge windows. We spent the night in the midst of a long road trip and it exceeded our expectations both with the amazing price performance and the little luxury of the very well kept hotel and its services. Thank you!

Location is really good, next to the main road and restaurants, shops and park is quite close. We got room on the 3rd floor and the windows were facing to the back yard so it was quiet.

In the restaurant was some reserved party snd we still could hear the music in to our room quite late in the evening.

Good location on the riverbank, adjacent to a beautiful park and close to downtown. Well maintained property and breakfast included a selection of local and North American/European style food - delicious!

Comfortable and clean room.

Lots of loud noise coming from the bottom floor, apparently there was a party. Loud music and people talking loud could be listened until midnight.

Very beautiful Hotel interier and room- everything clean and there eas even tea/coffee spot. Beautiful bathroom with wide schower cabin. Free parking next to Hotel. I felt safe. Very helpfull staff! I definately would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, with eye-catching marble floors. The location was next to a park and walk along a river to a lake. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, smelled good and were clean.

The hotel was nice and clean, offering a good breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was excellent, with several restaurants nearby and wide parking available.

Great location, good price, excellent breakfast.

The staff were wonderful. I had a room which was at the front of the hotel which was nousy. There was no free room that night but I was moved to a wuieter room on the following night
