Overall not a bad hotel, with friendly staff, phenomenal breakfast, comfortable beds, nice saunas, inexpensive massage.
A bit far from city center, jacuzzi advertised in amenities was not working very well and was dirty, the lighting on third floor was always off in the evenings in hallways and corridors and felt a bit creepy and unwelcoming.
Very stylish and modern hotel, great breakfast, good restaurant. We even enjoyed a nice game of pool after dinner.
The “spa” and saunas were not really up to Noric standards.
This place is being run by people who understands hospitality. Everything from the staff, to the clean room, to the excellent breakfast. They even let us checking slightly earlier when the room became ready. Definitely one of the best price/quality ratio hotel I ever stayed at (out of 200+)

Could have been a block or two closer in. Hotel bar could have had more than 1 beer on tap and more skill in handling tap beer.
Great breakfast, nice and quiet location, friendly staff. Special kudos to the receptionist who made sure the room was equipped with a dog bed and bowls even though I made a reservation just 1h before arrival.
A/C in the room was not operating properly.

The hotel is located next to the water park. There is also a playground for children in front of the hotel. A comfortable, quiet place to relax with the family. The beds are super comfortable, the room is very spacious. The breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back.

They provided us with two bowls for our dog and a pet cushion just based on my message where I wrote that we will be with a dog! That’s just exceptional.I hope I will be there some day for a longer stay.
