The train station is very close. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood and near shops and restaurants.

The rooms are a little dated, but overall it?s a good hotel.

We stayed for just one night as a stopover during our trip.Great location for a short visit to Venice. The biggest advantage is that the hotel is only about 200 meters from the train station, where you can catch a train to Venice Santa Lucia in just 20 minutes.The room was a bit dated and could use refurbishment or replacement.However, the staff were very kind and helpful; they even allowed us to leave our car in the garage until later the next day while we visited Venice.Breakfast was good and more varied than we expected.

The garage is quite narrow - perfect for a small car, but if you have a larger vehicle, you’ll need good driving skills, but we manage it.

Great location to shops, restaurants, bar, market & train stations. All close. Venice about 20 minutes by train right to the Grand Canal. Giovanna was a great host ? Delicious breakfast served by Irena & Dorina!

Parking in the underground garage was an exceptionally difficult exercise.

Very easy to reach Venice by train. Nice breakfast. Walking to place to eat dinner was nice and easy. Louisa was very helpful.

The location is excellent – easy access to restaurants and bars. The train station is nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.The hotel offers a parking garage, which is a great advantage, although it's worth noting that some of the level transitions are quite narrow, which can be challenging for larger vehicles.The beds are extremely comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good, with a decent variety of options to suit different tastes.

Perfect place for visiting Venezia. The train stop is just behind the hotel. Staff very polite.

The location is perfect, as it sits in the centre of Mogliano Veneto, surrounded by fine restaurants as well as bars for a "spritz" and little bites. It is a short walk to the train station for day visits to Venice and Treviso. Wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly, but when it was time to move rooms (we stayed an additional night), nobody helped.

Unfortunately the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. There is an electric water kettle in the room, but no coffee... just some random tea bags. Nothing in the small refrigerator, and not very clean either. We couldn't park the car in the garage as it is too small for an SUV... or so we were told. It is something that should be stated at the time of reservation.

Quiet location. Very close to train station, only few minutes walk. Front desk are friendly. Room and bathroom are in fair size. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast okay.

Breakfast ran out fast after a large tour group and replenishment is very slow yet staff are observant at the breakfast area.

Small privetly owned hotel very close to Venice. Train station 5 min away with tickets cost only 3Euro one way. Clean facilities with very helpful staff. The room was quite bacis and not very modern but it was also not very expensive. Parking on site was a bonus to us. Very good continental breakfast served u til 9:30am. I would definitely stay there again. We had the most amazing pizza (1 m long) in Pizzalonga in the town, highly recommended!

No air conditioning in a warm april due (as I was told by the manager) "regulation" by local city council that was allowing air conditioning from may

Great central location. Best of all were the staff - very friendly, helpful, fluent English… and Luisa is a real star.

Location is the number one reason. There’s also a parking provided but for a relatively small car. Excellent breakfast.

Some capital renovation is needed, or removing the stars ⭐️)))

Just around the corner from the train station and 20 minutes from Venice and 20 minutes from Treviso airport. Very pleasant hotel with awesome breakfast and fantastic staff.

Superior rooms really miss some basic amenities such as glasses in the room, electric kettle to make a tea in the room etc

It has a very good location.

Facilities, the mattress was very uncomfortable and we go there quite often during the year and they refused to waive the cancellation fee for one time only (we were sick)
