- The location is great, only 3 min walk to the train station which is perfect to get to Venice. Parking is big and secure, the area is very safe. Breakfast is ok. It was good that we had normal keys instead of the app on the phone.
- The lady who welcomed us was amazing, super nice and gave us multiple recommendations for the area. The room was great with great facilities. The morning coffee and snacks area was great. The hotel has a beautiful garden which is nice to walk around at. If you’re looking to stay outside of Venice in a great area with nice cafes and restaurants - this is the place for you.
- I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Venice who is renting a car to stay here! it has clean, spacious rooms in a quiet courtyard with gated free parking and incredibly quick walk to train to get into Venice. you completely miss out of the busy havoc of Venice itself and the train ride into the city is only 30 min. The staff was also incredibly lovely. I left too early to comment on the breakfast. the drive to the airport is also quite short!
Cons -
- There are 3 buildings: one is the main villa, one is a new building and the third is another building adjacent the main villa. We had 2 rooms in the third building , and rooms 401, 402 were just right near the entrance, so it was very noisy from all the entrance doors.I had the feeling that because it was New Year the receptionist did not care too much for the confort of the guests.., although we actually stayed in the hotel for New Year, and I did try to ask her for some nice rooms.
- I would really like an option to play Netflix or any other streaming platform on tv :)

Magnificent villa in a amazing small city! Comfortable and clean.
I would really like an option to play Netflix or any other streaming platform on tv :)
We were shocked how nice this place was. Also the area was very fun with great restaurants and parties in the street on a Friday night just a 5 minute walk away.

Great location, close to train station that takes you to Venice in ~20 minutes. There's also restaurants and a Spar nearby.Secure, gated parking free of charge.
The breakfast is "italian" style so nothing savory but that's expected in Italy I guess. The biggest drawback is the app you're forced to use instead of a key to access the gates, hotel and your room.If often doesn't work for no reason at all. Also, what if your phone battery runs out? There's no added value here as compared to physical card and it's just annoying and fault-prone.Additionally, the hotel brands itself as "eco" while using single-use utensils and cups everywhere (breakfast, your room).Lastly, the coffee is instant instead of freshly brewed.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. They serve it with paper cups which, although recyclable, aren’t very environmentally friendly in my view. There was barely any fruit, and only sweet options like cakes and jams—nothing savory at all. It’s not great value for what’s offered.Coffee and tea come from an electronic machine, but it was often out of water or milk, so we repeatedly had to call someone for help. The self-service concept is nice in theory, but in practice, it just doesn’t work here.
The staff is a mixed bag—some are very friendly, others less so. Accessing your room, the hotel, and even the parking requires using an app, which worked for me only about 20% of the time; the rest of the time, I had to call for assistance. For guests coming from the US, like myself, roaming often doesn’t work, making it even harder to get in. This system can be especially challenging for people who aren't tech-savvy.
Stylish hotel in a good location just a 5 min walk to the train station into Venice and other locations. Great option compared to staying in Venice itself. Several local restaurants and bars in Mogliano just a short walk away. Clean stylish rooms with very comfy beds and a small gym. Secure parking in the grounds.Friendly staff.
Everything about the place was fabulous. The only criticism, like other reviewers, was the breakfast which was very limited - toast with jam and cake.
The property is beautiful, the staff is exceptional (I’ll give a special acknowledgment to Jose, who was very accommodating and thoughtful), and our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Mogliano Veneto or needing a jump-off point for Venice.
We liked everything.
It looked nice but the quality was not there.
Couldn't get coffee before 8am when breakfast started. The shower left water everywhere. The digital key was not bad but not ideal for American since our phones usually don't work here.
Everything. The hotel is quite new (or at least the amenities and the deck has been renovated and maintained so well that no one could tell it’s age). The shower head in the bathroom is the best if I need to name anything specific - the pressure is big enough that you will feel like having massage when rinsing. A lot of hotel would turn off the radiator during summer as it links to the heater but in the foscarini it has the power separated so you would dry the towel well even during no-heater season. All these little things I like. The staffs are extremely friendly and they have a high tech app to control the access to everything. As the website said, it’s just some minutes away from the train station by walk then within 30 minutes you will be in Venice. I strongly recommend people to not stay on the island they are a lot of bridges and narrowed roads which make people with suitcases a torture.
Very welcoming staff, clean and well equipped room.Nice garden and easy parking
There was a noise every 10 minutes in the room (I couldn’t stop). Might need a check (102)
The place is superb, very clean.Breakfast was nice, though we had expected nothing. The breakfast room is amazing, there is coffee, fresh cakes, fruits, enough to start the day.Parking available.Nice bathroom and super nice shower gel.
The room was a bit small, and another chair and a closet would have been better. The fee for the pet, is quite high for small size dogs, that are well behaved.
This is one of the best hotels in Northern Italy. The staff is excellent — friendly, professional, and highly competent. The hotel is very high-tech, with great attention from the creators to the details of interior design. We stayed at the hotel with our husky for two nights, and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely come back again.
The cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the mornings, speaking loudly on the phone around 9 a.m. This issue could definitely be fixed, for example by prohibiting staff from making phone calls in the hotel’s common areas during the morning hours.Additionally, it would be wonderful if guests with pets were provided with a water bowl and a pet bed. I hope the hotel management will take the time to address these points.
A lovely property that has been tastefully renovated and refurbished with friendly helpful staff for which nothing is too much trouble
A very beautiful hotel with really friendly staff who are attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the train station to Venice is just a 5-minute walk away.
Aesthetic and exterior
I’ve send a short note to the staff that the air conditioner is making noise, even when I switched off, but didn’t get an answer. On the second night we didn’t have shower gel in the bottle, also we had to use the same paper glass for the tea that we had use in the first night. Also had a feeling that the shower gel was a bit watered up. The concept of the breakfast was a bit hard to understand based on the information decks, and makes us a bit uncomfortable in the morning to have only bread, butter and cakes.
Location, cleanliness, room size
Breakfast, very very poor. It's a waste to use 3 eco-friendly cutlery just for a breakfast.
Good location for visits to Venice, Treviso, Padova, Verona, and shopping too :).... nice little town.
Modest breakfast, mostly sweets :)Strange unpleasant smell in the air in the evening hours.
Very close to the train station, clean room, nice staff
