The staff is excellent, wonderful location overlooking the lake and a short walk to the ferry to Monte Isola.

As always the staff are exceptional and charming. Breakfast great. Good atmosphere. I can think of nothing negative. I have stayed many times over the last 15 years and never been disappointed.

I've stayed here many times in the past when visiting friends that live nearby but haven't been back since covid. The property is well kept generally and of a good standard and the location excellent. The beds very comfortable, Breakfast has everything you would want, I would have given it a higher rating except for a few very annoying things.

The hotel management needs to focus on some maintenance & details. Firstly, the control on the air conditioning was broken so it was impossible to control the temperature and it was cold, 2 deg outside, so we felt cold. The AC unit is noisy and therefore our sleep disturbed. It cold just have been the room we were allocated but that isn't an excuse.There was not one glass in the room, nor was there any water, in the absence of a mini bar, you could at least expect to have a small bottle of water, it couldn't cost more than €1 and I would have been happy to pay for it, so forget taking any vitamins unless you are prepared to swallow without any liquid assistance. Toiletries, there were two of us but enough soap for one. I carry my own shampoo but please who carries soap around when they travel.

The location is really good! The interior was quite good!

We’ve been there in November. And it was very obvious- “off season “. In the room was very cold. I’ve used heating on max for whole night - didn’t help much. The breakfast was very poor for 4 star hotel. Was almost nothing there. No coffee or tea. I thought maybe somebody will offer it .. but there were nobody available. Don’t get me wrong- I’m not usually doing bad feedbacks- but this time it was not a 4 star hotel. Either offer the same level of service all year long or close in winter.

Very nice location, great views on the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the best was the team working there they went well above and beyond what could be expected.The garden around the hotel is lovely and relaxing.

Breakfast was fine. Good variety of produce. Excellent location for train, bus, ferry etc

Small hotel lacking in character and atmosphere. Lack of information provided by the hotel about the hotel itself and the location. Very unclear what dining was available beyond breakfast. Minimal cleaning of room, floors were vacuumed but not washed.Breakfast a little unimaginative and lacking fresh juice, wanting to charge 5euro for freshly squeezed orange. Bathroom was a bit tired and in need of some maintenance.

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful views of the lake. Very friendly staff. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Very elegant hotel. Ate in the restaurant 3 times and the food was excellent. Good breakfast included lots of variety

It was a good choice for one night stay at Lake Iseo. Some minutes walk to the ferry for the island.

1. Lacking a positive vibe.2. Staff not well trained.3. Paid for washing and ironing but an appalling job was done so made a complaint.4. Unprofessional - happened across on duty staff sitting on sofa in reception busying themselves on mobile phones.5. Not the standards expected of a so say 4* hotel.6. Prices are far too high for the quality of the hotel.7. Decor needs improvement.8. No atmosphere whatsoever… it’s depressing.

There was breakfast from 7.30, but there was no whole-grain bread and a few dishes were brought out later.

We love the area, we have been several times, this is not the best hotel.Unfortunately, our room was also above the kitchen.The bins were packed at 6 in the morning and there was a very foul smell in the room.Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

Great position and close to nice restaurants/bars.Beautiful vie of the Lago Iseo with nice front gardens, where you can relax and enjoy afternoon drinks at the verandah.The hotel has a restaurant, which is handy.

Beautiful hotel, with a great location, and amazing views. Great Atmosphere and stunning views. The staff were exceptional - very friendly. The manager gave us complimentary champagne for my husbands birthday.

Breakfast was okay, I expected more. As by the time we went for breakfast not much hot food was there. Which was disappointing, as we were looking forward to having some hot food.

Breakfast was Super! A great variety of offerings and considering that it was low season, the staff even went out of their way to see to our needs.

I am a light sleeper and the train passing by woke me up several times. The first two nights the bathroom and bedroom were not warm enough.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable and the view is great. I would suggest this property for a romantic getaway or adults not kids.

The surrounding village is completely dead in winter. I would suggest going to Iseo instead. The menu at the property is also very limited and not translated for tourists. The heating in the room did not work and the rooms need some freshening up, especially the bathrooms.

Good size rooms and good location.
