    Pros +

    • The design, the trees in tge park, the cleanliness, pet friendly
    • Charming villa vibes, lush gardens, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxed getaway in the Veneto hills!
    • The whole experience and stay in Villa Soligo was special. The room was very nice, staff was very polite and helpful. It was giving romantic vibes. The champagne as a gift was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious as well.

    Cons -

    • The size of the room, no bar (temporarily), sauna for an extra charge
    • Pool not open, gym in the lower level and tiny
    • The service at the restaurant needs improvement - I waited for half an hour to be provided with the menu and then about another 20 minutes to get the glass of prosecco I ordered. They are good people, the staff, I'll give them that much. The kitchen, as well, requires some elevation as the food does not raise to the level of the villa, just yet.

We stayed for one night and everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, and very comfortable. The service was the highlight — from the reception team to the waiter in the breakfast area, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast waiter was especially kind and helpful, always attentive and with a great attitude.

The villa is such a surprising oasis in the middle of the vineyards. Fancy yet very homey with always plenty of staff around to smile and assist you (Beatrice was such a guest care wizard), as well as the lady of the house, omnipresent and involved. I felt like visiting friends at their countryside summer villa who were enthusiastic enough about my arrival that they made sure a chilled bottle of prosecco would be a refreshing welcome to my room, after a long drive there. Yes, the big and comfortable room with a nice sitting area was such a treat. The surrounding yard complements very nice the villa, as well as the restaurant in the back. Yep, there's a pool, too, hidden in the green scenery.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Bottle of Prosecco and chocolates were a nice touch. Breakfast was solid.

Shower wouldn't drain. Had two rooms so just used the other room's shower. We let them know but only stayed a night. Hope it was fixed.

Beautiful historical property in a lovely area not packed with tourists. Nice room and great breakfast. Also had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent

    The room and quality

Help to take the bags out would be good. The cleaner had some attitude when asked to do later.Asked for leaking toilet to be fixed and was not.

The breakfast and staff and property were beautiful. Also, found a lovely walk along the river.

Checked in on Monday and the restaurant was closed and it is not near any restaurants for walking. Highly recommend you have a car for this location. We spent 50EU for a car to the only place open in town a pizzeria.

would be great to have fresh make eggs in the morning like 3 min eggs, omelette or sunny side up, and not eggs the where made some time ago :-)

The grounds and building are very nice.

Terrible housekeeping - left the room dirty. Breakfast is adequate, but they left egg shell.Staff are not helpful. Gym looks depressing. Might as well not have it. Prosecco smelled of manure. Better to give nothing than that. It was cheap and ok value for money.

Atmosphere, service, staff, room quality, amazing restaurant

For perfection, the pool would need to be heated. It was VERY cold.

It was new hotel, clean and close to Prosecco hill.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. We did the check in and the hotel welcome us with a bottle of Prosecco in room. Everything seems fine up to this point. Then we found the room with 1 glass and 1 set of towel. We called the room services and they delivered the extra set. Then they told us booking was for 1 person and will charged additional 80 euro for extra person per room. We checked the price for a family room only costed 10 dollars more than our room. The extra charge is definitely unreasonable. They should advised us the booking was for 1 person during the check in. And we don’t mind to paid extra with a reasonable charge to solve the issue. However, each room charged 80 is really unreasonable! Please note 80 euro per room is just for extra towel we need. No breakfast included and we don’t know why it charged so much. We tried to negotiate and no luck. Our couple friend was diamond member of a chained hotel but they did not considered given we not booked through chained hotel but booking. We will never come back as there are many hotels in Italy offered more reasonable price and good services.

    Nice location

Dishonest Management. Prior arrival received message "extra: PET €25 per dog per night". At Check-in the charged €30 per dog per night. Such bargaining I would expect in a 3rd-world bazaar! Not that I mind the €5, but the dishonesty.
