Pros +
- Breakfast was excellent; dinner from the à la carte menu was very good, while the open buffet was acceptable. Rooms were spacious. Overall facilities and management was neat.
- Beautifully maintained, in the Alps, good bar, many great day trips, excellent breakfast
- The Beds are comfortable
Cons -
- Rooms were allocated without regard to family status, placing couples with children adjacent to couples without children, which led to persistent disturbance in the corridors.

- The hotel is a bit dated, and unfortunately the price–performance ratio did not quite match our expectations. Some details for preparing our arrival were missing: we were traveling with 2 adults and 1 child, but the extra bed had not been prepared, and towels were only available for 2 people. There was also no guest handbook in the room, and housekeeping knocked quite early at 8 a.m. on the day of departure. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable. We travel a lot, and overall, we were a little disappointed.

It was not too expensive. The bathroom was ok and clean! The breakfast buffet was very nice and we had good a la carte dinner. Convenient to have parking under the building.
Rooms are outdated, especially the beds. The swimming pool and sauna are very old… The dinner (BBQ) buffet was overpriced.
Friendly staff, great for bicyclists, excellent buffets
Outdated, needs renovation
Got an upgrade to an 2 person bedroom. They have a room in the basement/parking garage where I could safely store my bike for the night. Enough restaurants in the area and supermarket in walking distance.
very good breakfast , nice pool , very helpful
No AC - so hot room
The staff was very friendly, at reception, at breakfast and dinner, even house keeping. The hotel is quite big and although not a new building the decor was lovely.
The only small point I didn't like was that the pool didn't seem to be clean. There was a strange smell from the water and "things" were floating in the jacuzzi. Apart from that, the pool and spa area were spotless.
Very good location, comfortable room, nice staff. Half board is a good investment, breakfast is super. The same high standard hotel for six years.
The paving tiles in the just renovated bathroom are a bit dated (should have been changed, too).
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooms were quiet
The facility needs renovation. Safe couldn't be unlocked for our use, minibar door was ripped off, cupboard was broken, no flip flops for the spa, A/C didn't work. Some facilities like bar weren't open (staff shortage?), food was mediocre (quantity instead of quality) though the choice was good
We booked the Familiensuite Superior and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated—everything was perfect. The location is also great, right next to a mall and in the city center. There’s a large playground nearby for the kids, and several ice cream shops within a five-minute walk. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, which was truly amazing. The spa area is decent, and the kids absolutely loved it. The food was also quite good, with enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes.Parking was convenient as well—there’s a spacious underground garage directly connected to the hotel, making it easy to bring your luggage up using the hotel's trolleys and elevator.
We loved everything!
Nice staff, big swimmning pool with warm water, the best breakfast we have had in Austria, delicious dinners, free parking place in the garage, comfortable beds
The food was absolutely lovely - we stayed half board and it was really good. The hotel transfer from the airport was really good and quick. We skied from Wagrain - a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride.
The room was nice and spacious. Parking garage.
I don’t mind paying the price if I’m getting a good service. My check-in was decent, but very curt. To have the dinner at the hotel for a single person, you have to wait over an hour. The spa/wellness was the worst experience. It was completely without staff. Small for the size of the hotel. 1 sauna not working. Kids entering in adults only sauna area, wet room with 6 chairs for the hotel of this size is simply too small and gets crowded right away, baby in diapers in the jacuzzi. I’m 195cm and when I requested a larger comforter/blanket, the hotel said they only have one size which is twin (even though I had a queen size bed). The shower in the bathroom overflows after 90 seconds of showering.
Location, food and rooms
Cosiness and hreat staff with super christmas program for kids.
Bit obsolete and rusty - our room (badic), spa area would use rennovation…
Amazing food, very good breakfast and dinner. Mountain view.
An amazing apartment room, thanks for the hotel's compliment to our family. Very cosy and family-friendly atmosphere, high level of service (and friendliness), and last but not the least - the delicious cuisine, both for breakfast, and especially for themed dinners. We can't thank the facility enough for our wonderful stay in the region! And as an icing on the cake for everyone arriving by car - a very convenient underground parking!
I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s super cozy and perfect for everyone—whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with furry friends. As a solo female Asian traveler, I felt safe and welcomed here. The food is superb, so be sure to include the half board option or make a reservation. Great value for money! While some may find the hotel a bit old, I personally love the vintage wooden feel—it adds so much character and charm.

If the God was a snowboarder and he needed a place where he could have a great rest in a big room on a wide bed, taste a sumptuous dinner and a great breakfast, lie down after an extreme skating rink in the sauna and work out in the gym, he would definitely choose only this hotel. One of the best hotels in the Alps.
Very minor - I didn't find power sockets for mobile phone and notebook charging near the bed and near the working table.
