Impeccable and genuine hospitality, a flexible check-in, which was great arriving by train, excellent storage space for ski gear and a cozy restaurant with tasty food.

Awesome food, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are very professional and helpful.

It’s a family business, the patriarch treated me very rudely and talked to me in a condescending manner. After I arrived and unloaded my luggage, I sat on a chair in the main area to rest since I drove for about 6 hours on my motorcycle. Patriach: What are you doing? Me: I’m tired and resting. Patriach: You are seating on a chair reserved for restaurant customers. Me: I looked around, not a single customer, and I was stunned by what he said. Patriach: This is not a “Train Station”. GET OUT! Me: Still shocked and could not believe what’s happening. Anyway I left the building and started to think where to go. I was dumb-founded! Patriach: Came out to see me and said sorry. He added that he didn’t know I was a customer. This was the first experience in my life got treated this way and also the first time to meet a very rude man. I would not use the word “person” to describe this terrible guy and I feel sad for this property.

The staff and charm of this place where second to none. The family vibe was both respectful and familiar. Breakfast was amazing as was the one dinner I had. I loved the pool and sauna.

My room was a little small but appropriate for the rates and the authentic style of accomodation.

Our family had a lovely stay at this amazing hotel. All the reception and waiting staff make you feel very welcome. A great breakfast cooked to order in the morning.

Rooms were very hot and our room faced the restaurant court yard which meant, with the windows open, that we struggled to sleep.

Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful area. Large, sun filled room, with a nice outlook. On-site restaurant was lovely and well priced. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Close to the river for a nice walk or run

Bathroom was incredibly small. Trying to get into the bathroom and shut the door was a challenge and I am not a large person.

The breakfast was very varied, the spa facilities/pool are top notch and the ski bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. The fact that the ski passes could be purchased/printed at the hotel and that the ski/snowboard rentals could be made directly from the hotel as well are also big pluses.

This is a family run hotel in the best tradition. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant and delightful staff- must mention Martina on reception who was so helpful and kind to us during our stay.

This was a great hotel. The room was a good size (we received a room upgrade free of charge), the pool relaxing to swim in and lounge around and the breakfast good. We also took dinner there which was great and a nice place to have your meal outside (or inside if you wanted). There was secure parking for our bikes and the hotel is located right by the Alpe-Adria cycle path. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The breakfast area was very busy so felt smaller than it probably is but that is a very minor point

Stay for one night during the Alpe Adria bike trail. Ideal location directly at the bike trail. Great, friendly reception by the staff. Everything available, bikes could be parked in the ski room. Pool ideal for relaxation. Great restaurant, very good breakfast - there is a nice terrace between the buildings. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was good as was the meal in the restaurant. We had a swim in the heated pool and went in the sauna which was a nice touch as not much happening in the town outside ski season.

Hotel was having some repairs done to the roof at the time of our stay so was at time both noisy and dusty.
